Jenny Arredondo is a true Techno enthusiast. A music and dance-floor lover. A crazy healthy raver that would dance for hours and hours to proper Techno beats and bass. She is known as the "Dancing Queen". Her passion for music has no limits; she has music in her blood.

Jenny's music exploration journey in the studio began in 2012, she now produces under the names "Headliner" and "La Guru". Her album "Techno Inquisition" was released on November 16th 2013 and her second album ¨Ubiquitous¨ was released on December 28th 2014. Her track "Dark Invader" was included in the compilation REGENERATION by the Spanish label Doppt Zykkler//Series and her new EP is coming soon and will be released by Deep Electronics.

She organized underground techno events in New York, Detroit, Mexico City, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Playa del Carmen from 2009 till 2018.

In 2015, Headliner became part of Female Pressure, an international network of female artists in electronic music and digital arts founded by Electric Indigo.

You will often find her listening and discovering new tracks and artists, also at Techno events having the time of her life.

She is also a User Experience Designer, a photographer, and a world trotter always hungry for more.

For the 10th anniversary I have killer mix from The Alchemical Theory. This project was born in 2018 from the creative union of three Italian producers. The identity of the project has been very influenced by the favorite sounds of the three artists, ranging from modular electronic sounds to much more atmospheric sounds. This project also comes from the love of mysticism, alchemy and nature. In each release they want to represent something that affects the listener's mind, reproducing a real mental journey.

It's time to FEED THE RAVER! I'm so excited to have S ʜ ᴇ ʟ ʟ ᴇ y on the show.  Music is not just sound. It’s a feeling, an emotion, a release into the universe. It makes you happy or sad, and it makes you cry for both reasons. Shelley, is a self-taught DJ from Bielefeld, Germany, that has been making a name for herself since 2019 when she decided that the years spent within the club culture could be translated into something fun.
Her cultivating frequencies and understanding are reflected, with a vibe strongly rooted in nature dressed in deep techno. Her sessions blend hypnotic & percussive sounds with dubby & organic atmospheres. Through this combination, she achieves to impact mind & soul in an unique way; channeling her love for the deeper electronics and turning it into beautiful sonic sceneries.
Shelley left her mark on such platforms as Diffuse Reality, Indefinite Pitch, Deepinic, to name a few.

Bio:	
It all started in 2007 with her beloved Projekt Electricdress which was organizing workshops at Spartacus Potsdam and where she immersed herself in the world of electronic beats, organizing parties, and representing a small club collective. This started her on her way in a developing scene with intense exchange between Leipzig and Berlin. 

In 2008 she decided to move to Berlin. Since then she has been working for ://about blank permanently – her "living room" as she calls it – and influenced by labels like Sandwell District or Prologue and the dark and echoing Techno-sound of this time, she started DJing. Today she passionately conjures the events named Ghosts and Zeroize and when she's not playing at ://about blank you can find Silva DJing in other clubs spinning her deep and dubby techno-records and having fun.

He is a record collector and enthusiast who recently became passionate of electronic music. He came from a background of other genres and began to find the similarities in the sound of experimental kinds of techno. He loves the atmospheres and his DJ-sets resemble this development: sometimes driving, sometimes dreamy, but always telling a story. She began producing in 2011 and is starting to show her diversity as an artist ranging from hypnotic, deeper Dj sets, hardware techno liveset, mellow ambient and poetic experimental music. Her soul is deeply rooted in the underground techno scene. As a Dj she now started to explore how far she could go with her own frequencies. In 2014 she released her first record on Dasha Rush’s label Fullpanda. A split vinyl with Stephanie Sykes followed by a more dubby release on Shaded Explorations. Her new material is made with hardware and field recordings and she often performs with synthesisers. 
She balances her Blackbird, Ms 20mini with drum machines and computer programmed software creating atmospheres with hypnotic beats, mellow strings and electronic birds bridging nature, space and technology. She is also the creator behind Nordanvind Records and prepared this great mix.

Bio:
Fjäder took form in 2011 after years of just loving and living with music. Fjäder has a bit shamanistic point of wiev since the feather is the shamans tools to chase away bad vibrations. With her soul deeply rooted in the underground techno scene as a Dj she now started to explore how far she could go with her own frequencies.

2014 she released her first LP at Dasha Rushs label Fullpanda. A split vinyl with Stephanie Sykes calling upon the female forces of the Moon. Luna Tactus.
Later came the more dubby Vingar on tape at Shaded Explorations that also was released on Richie Hawtins label M_nus in a mix made by Andreas Tilliander/TM404.

This winter her love for drones and ambient took form in the release of Sinnesfrid. A track made with hardware and field recordings showing her contribution to the metaphysical meaning of silence released on french label Lpc, name Salva II.

Fjäder is starting to show her diversity as an artist ranging from hypnotic, deeper Dj sets, hardware techno liveset, mellow ambient and poetic experimental music.

Her bookings lately celebrates her passion for synthesizers. 
She balances her beloved Blackbird, Ms 20mini with drum machines and computer programmed software creating a atmosphere with hypnotic beats, mellow strings and electronic birds striving to build that bridge between nature, space and technology.

She is also the creator behind Nordanvind Records that with only one release, Sagas enchanted the world. A beautiful VA including Skymn, Korridor and Nobody Home. Her fellow travellers in space she calls them.

"Welcome to Feed The Raver podcast. My name is Craft and this week we present Unjiin from Seoul, Korea.

He is a techno DJ and producer with releases on several labels including remixes from artists such as Ness and Dorian Gray. He is the founder of Korea’s first techno label ECI Korea and leader of East Collective, a live techno team. He had a successful international debut at Miami WMC 2010 as Korea’s best electronic musician. He played in places such as Sullivan Room in New York, Spybar in Chicago, Ministry of Sound in UK, Zouk in Singapore, Ultra, Womb and Air in Japan, ℅ Pop in Germany, Sonar, Ultra and Global Gathering in Korea, Midi festival China, and various parties and festivals in Asia. Today, he is surely one of the most independent, versatile, and inspiring DJs in Korea.. He is becoming well-known in Asian techno circles as one of top producers and DJs to watch. Upcoming releases include an EP on Next Week Records and a collaboration with Japanese producer Iori. He is scheduled to perform at several events in Korea before heading back to Europe in September. He is also known as Rainjacket for his imaginative abstract ambient and electronica project.

Born and raised in Italy, Alfredo Mazzilli, approaches the world of music very early. His first passion is the guitar but, with time, his penchant for electronic music becomes increasingly clear. Influenced by the likes of Donato Dozzy, Aphex Twin, Sandwell District, Dino Sabatini and Substance, he soon shows an extremely versatile nature, as well as his desire to experiment with different genres, not giving up, however, to a consistency that leads him to range in the vast musical landscape, while remaining true to his style that favors ambient techno and deep techno sounds.

Bio:
Grand River is Aimée Portioli, half Dutch, half Italian, but living in Berlin. 
She started working on her project after many years of traditional compositing, the study of several musical instruments and after working as a sound engineer and composer for a national radio station in Italy.

Her favorite studio moment is when experimenting new sounds at the beginning of the composition of a new track that particular moment comes when you understand that a sound or a hypnotic melody really catches you.
Aimée loves collecting vinyls and digging new music daily.
She also composes soundtracks for the movie and advertisement industry and created the project One Instrument where every two weeks a sound experiment is published made by a different artist.

My name is Craft and this week we reach 100 episodes featuring local techno artists around the world alongside well established artists. Today we present one of the world’s most renown and respected deep techno producers Dino Sabatini from Rome, Italy.
He has been a reliable fixture on labels such as Stroboscopic Artefacts, Elettronica Romana, Sonic Groove, Prologue and Outis Music. His collaborations and remixes involve artists such as Edit Select, Donato Dozzy, Giorgio Gigli, Claudio PRC and others. Following his incredible first album “Shaman’s Path” released on Prologue, his latest LP landed on Outis Music, a label he founded in 2011. His “Omonimo” album features a slower trip-hop-inspired style, while still retains parts of the classic Italian deep techno sound he helped popularise. It was released on Vinyl, digital and CD-formats and features two collaborations with internationally renowned Italian pianist Antonello Salis. Modern Heads is another great collaboration between Dino Sabatini & Gianluca Meloni and they have participated in various Italian jazz festivals.

Italian-born producer Dino Sabatini is an artist whose strong body of work has helped to develop his local scene, and redefine what it means to work with electronic music in the 21st century

though his sounds are completely modern, synthesized and rendered with crystal clear production, he continues to tend the deep roots of lost wisdom and mythology that have sustained human creativity for millenia. The name of his personal label Outis, for example, is taken from none other than Homer's Odyssey (OYTIΣ, literally meaning "no one," was the pseudonym that Odysseus used to succeed in his infamous deception of the cyclops Polyphemus). This choice of name is not just a clever title for Sabatini's label, but is a very good indicator of his own character: working within the anonymous electric wilderness of techno, Sabatini continually goes beyond expectations by bringing the senses back into this world of automation and machines,, occasionally invoking the names of the old gods (Poseidon) or goddesses / muses (Mnemosyne) along the way.

He is a producer, dj and live act who started early with rhythmic patterns playing the drums as a kid. Eventually he fell in love with vinyl records and Techno. Nowadays he performs at venues such as Tresor and about:blank in Berlin and produces tracks with deep modular sound, polyrhythmic patterns and driving atmosphere. He is a member of the Valian Kollektiv with their podcast series and their party series is called Polymetrik. They host shows mainly at Spartacus in Potsdam and next events include a 3-day festival. They are also organizing two collaboration events in Berlin at Mensch Meier and ://about blank.

Bio: 
Born in 1996 and raised in Potsdam started to dip early into the world of rhythmic patterns when he started playing the drums as a kid. After a few years searching through Independent Dance Music he fell in love with Techno Vinyls. This heartwarming relationship shapes itself since 2014. Stigmer played alongside Henning Bear, Mary Velo and Person of Interest and recently made one’s debut at about:blank and Tresor. Besides his evolving DJ career he’s a passionated producer, who is known for his diversified polyrhythmic patterns, deep modular sound and driving atmosphere in his tracks. He can be also booked for a liveset-performance. Stigmer is a member of the Valian Kollektiv and has a curating of the „Polymetrik“ party series at Spartacus Potsdam.

Geek and creativity merged together to give birth to this new project. They already played together alongside Markus Suckut, Regal, Kobosil, Boston 168, Wrong Assessment and many others.Their first release has been printed on wax as second release of PianoForest Records.Their second release has been released on Planet Rhythm gaining huge supports by the likes of ACR, Roman Lindau, Milton Bradley and many others. Their second vinyl only release is out on Autarchy Records, featuring a remix from Wrong Assessment. 

Out now an EP on Children of Tomorrow w/ Moteka remixes and a vinyl release on Voight w/ Wrong Assessment remix.

BIO: -CORBIN DAVIS (Blank Code/DU - Detroit)

Corbin Davis has been a permanent fixture in the Detroit electronic music scene since the mid 1990′s. Corbin spent his first 10 years perfecting the art of DJing. He has performed in every “Legendary” Detroit venue and other underground events across the United States and Canada.

Over the years Corbin has spent countless hours in his studio composing a number of new releases. You can find his releases on labels such as DetroitUnderground, Hej, ASRX, and DetroitThreads. In 2007 Corbin started his collaboration with Chad Parraghi and Nick Bien aka Project 313 to create Blank Code.

GUSTO - NIGHTSNEAK (DETROIT)
Augustus Williams, aka DJ Gusto, may not have had the most ideal childhood, but his story is a positive one with a promising future. Gusto has memories of his father listening to Marvin Gaye and old Motown records, but the music that spoke to him first was Hip Hop. By Junior High Gusto was spending much of his time listening to the radio, and taping shows of WJLB, this is where he first learned of artists like DJ Godfather, and DJ Assault. When he attended his first party in 1996 he did not yet know what Techno was, but validates that this was the event that would evidently shape the rest of his life. From that point on Gusto’s interest in music grew into a passion, and that passion drove him to become a part of the music. He began DJing, focusing on electronic music evolving from his first love of Hip Hop, Electro, and Drum N’ Bass. At the age of 19 Gusto learned about “The Belleville Three” and found him self completely drawn to Techno. He started to play frequently at house parties, and at one of these parties he met a fellow DJ, Jesse James, and the two of them soon became close friends. This meeting and newly established friendship would provide Gusto with an opportunity to shine in his future, Jesse James and cousin James Woods would later become responsible for the “Nightsneak” parties, and Gusto soon became a local favorite."

Segue is Jordan Sauer from Vancouver, Canada, who has produced music as Segue since 2006. Segue's draws inspiration from a wide range of musical influences and his early years studying classical violin, and his productions take dub-electronic in a more melodic, uplifting direction than the genre is typically known for. With each composition, Segue transports the listener to lush green forest landscapes, bucolic mountain vistas, and deep blue tropical island scenes. He has released several albums, EP’s and collaborations, and is looking forward to his third LP, 'The Island,' out on Silent Season summer 2019.

BIO:
LoKKoTRONN – DJ, promoter, and avid raver, is the other half (along with Jason T. from Episode 12) of Erratic in NYC. He specializes in bringing top Techno talent to the city as well as unleashing astounding sets while on stage. His performances known as Dos Lokos when doing a live b2b with Jason T. are intense and esoteric, always surprising the audience and leaving them yearning for more. For this set however, I embarked on a somewhat of a cerebral, introspective journey that ended up leading me to the proper, the pounding, and the always-craving bass.

FEED THE RAVER - Episode 18 - LoKKoTRONN (NYC)

It's time to FEED THE RAVER!

This is the last episode of the decade and I want to thank every single artist that has been part of this project and took the time to record a set for me and for the techno community.

2020 will mark the 8th anniversary and I can't believe how fast time is flying.

This year was a very hard one on a personal level and focusing my energies on continuing curating this show was the best medicine for sure and I'm happy and excited to continue, for as long as I can, supporting local talents and sharing these amazing treats with all the hungry ravers that always want more.

Thanks to Warren Spectralband for always making it happen and for his commitment to continue broadcasting on Seance Radio.

Enjoy this badass set by Solace, aka Steve Livingston. He has been passionate about deep electronic music for many years.
He started collecting vinyl in the late 1980s, played these out at parties for friends, and ended up with a first local DJ residency in 1989. Over the following years, he DJ'd regularly at many top underground clubs around Scotland, and was also fortunate enough to get the chance to travel far & wide overseas and play at multiple venues.

Today he creates mixes simply out of that love for deep electronic sounds, and is completely immersed in the realms of deep techno, favoring ambient, tribal, hypnotic, and dub influences.

"The mix in which I selected for the Feed the Raver podcast is a portion of my live recording from my opening set for Voices From The Lake at the Warehouse/Loft in Washington DC, hosted by The Electric Cabaret/Camp 88.  The track list provided is very rough meaning that I did not simply mix from one track to another.  I mixed between four channels utilizing loops quite often.  Some tracks you will hear subtly filtering into and out of the mix multiple times before finally transitioning into each tracks specific groove.  I had a lot of fun creating this mix and hope that it resonates with everyone as much as it did with myself. Bio:
- DAVE MARTIN (Life / Mmnlife - Washington DC)

Hailing from just outside of Washington DC, Dave Martin or as he prefers to go by today, Mr. Martin, is no new name in the regional house/techno scene.  Over the past six years, Dave has been hard at work establishing himself as a young local artist with a more eclectic and refined sound than you will hear at your typical nightclub. Over the years, Dave has adapted to become a versatile DJ of the deeper sound in electronic music.  Fluctuating his tastes between the sounds of dark, hypnotizing atmospheres, layered with “heads down, no mucking around techno” to the more funky grooves of deep, tech house, Dave has achieved a very unique and relevant style in the fast paced, constantly evolving dance music scene.  As a young man, Dave was always fascinated by many styles of music such as rock n’ roll, blues, heavy metal, some hip-hop and even classical music.  Throughout his adolescence, Dave experimented with music by playing bass in numerous local bands.  Then he experienced his first “Rave” at the age of 17.  In a matter of hours, the sound of electronic music had astounded his senses and captured his full attention.  He recalls a fond memory of that night where he said to himself, “I have been listening to the wrong music all along”.  This attraction marked a new evolution of the artist within and set Dave on his course.  Since his transformation into dance music, he has been chosen to spin next to the finest!  Dave, Mr. Martin is one of DC's top talents that have worked his way though the masses to present the best taste in house and techno from his beginnings in Baltimore to his sets at U Street Music Hall and various staple electronic music venues around DC to his techno slaughterhouse appearances at Bar 13 and National Underground in NYC.  With some of his own music on the way, the future of Mr. Martin and his impact on dance music seems very promising.

Jenny Arredondo is a true Techno enthusiast and active member of the Twice as Proper team. 
A music and dace floor lover. Simply a crazy healthy raver that would dance for hours and hours to proper Techno beats and bass. She is known as the "Dancing Queen" in the underground NYC Techno scene and around the world in places like Berlin where she rocked the dance floor at Berghain (aka the BEST CLUB IN THE WORLD).

Her passion for music has no limits; she has music in her blood.

Jenny's music exploration journey in the studio began in 2012 and she now produces under the names "Headliner" and "La Guru".

You will often find her listening and discovering new tracks and artists, also at Techno events having the time of her life.

Designer, photographer, booking agent, event planner, a world trotter. Member of the "Party People" movement, president of the "Techno Inquisition". Her voice has been sampled to be used in many Techno productions by Craft and remixes by other producers as well. ﻿

FEED THE RAVER - Episode 28 - Headliner (Mexico City)

t's time to FEED THE RAVER! I'm happy to present a guest that I wanted to have on the show for a while. Alessandro Crimi (born February 25th, 1983 in Feldkirch, Austria) is an electronic music producer, DJ and record collector based in Switzerland. Music always has been his big passion. It all started very early when he found some real gems in his parents’ record collection from the likes of Kraftwerk, Pink Floyd, Pet Shop Boys or Depeche Mode which he really loved.
He is known for his deep and Dub influenced DJ sets, and many people say that he is a true specialist for playing warm ups.
Alessandro showed his mixing skills at the Harry Klein Club (Munich), Club Home (Amsterdam), Rohstofflager (Zurich) and Hive (Zurich), just to name a few. His style can not only be described as deep and dubby, he is also producing and playing all kinds of House music, Detroit influenced Techno and Electro, Ambient and sometimes also Hip Hop.
His own music has been released on various vinyl and digital labels like Sthlmaudio, Italic, Broque and many others.
In 2012 he has started the vinyl label 'Waehlscheibe' which he is running together with his friends.

Jenny Arredondo is a true Techno enthusiast. A music and dance-floor lover. A crazy healthy raver that would dance for hours and hours to proper Techno beats and bass. She is known as the "Dancing Queen" in the underground NYC Techno scene and around the world. Her passion for music has no limits; she has music in her blood.
 Jenny's music exploration journey began in 2012, and she plays and produces Deep Techno, Ambient and Electronica under the names "Headliner" and "La Guru". Her album "Techno Inquisition" was released on November 16th 2013 and her second album “Ubiquitous” was released on December 28th 2014. Her release "Dark Invader" was included in the compilation REGENERATION by the Spanish label Doppt Zykkler//Series on June 15th, 2015. Her track Headliner - Planck Epoch was included in the (DE19) Deep Diversity Vol. 3 - Deep Electronics Compilation released on November 5th, 2015. Her first EP "Rose Red Wounds" was released on July 16th 2021 also on the dutch label Deep Electronics. Her latest release "A New Hope" was a contribution to the Mastoid Kollektive - PINK in support of breast cancer and was featured along other tracks by amazing techno and house legends.
 She organized underground techno events in New York for almost a decade and also hosted events in Detroit, Mexico City, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Playa del Carmen. In 2015, Headliner also became part of Female Pressure, an international network of female artists in electronic music and digital arts founded by Electric Indigo. You will often find her listening and discovering new tracks and artists, also at Techno events having the time of her life.
