TriiipGod Erie Sounds Mix

a three part selection of original techno tracks produced by me. this is the first album i released with fully designed/engineered drums generated through drum machines. i am proud of the results and learned an incredible amount of design and processing techniques, while working on these pieces. the last track especially confronts the definition of music, as i pushed myself to test the boundaries between noise and music.

In April, we invited the infamous Bezlebub, an  entity also referred to as the Lord of the Flies, Chief Spirit of Evil, and Adversary of God; Tempter of Mankind; Master of Hell, to takeover The Black Box. This week, we revisit the infectious hour of Bezlebub's signature Dubstep sound, which embodies the dark and ominous spirit of its creator. Sure to send chills down your spine and guaranteed to be a menacing sonic experience.

Born and raised amidst the neon-lit streets of Tokyo, @Zenzenbeats found solace in the bustling energy of the metropolis. As an adolescent enchanted by hip-hop and rave culture, Zenzen picked up a pair of turntables and would go on to play banger sets around his city. Even picking up club gigs as a teenager.

Moving to California, Zenzen would discover new influences in the underground beat scene of Low End Theory. Never had he seen such an eclectic, yet diverse range of music being represented under one roof. Witnessing such raw energy displayed with authenticity in the small room of The Airliner stoked a fire within to channel the same energy.

Drawing from his Japanese roots and embracing the influences of his new home, Zenzen set out to bridge the connection. Blending sound from ancient feudal eras to the technological present, Zenzen paints the dance floor with timeless soundscapes shaped by the rhythms of hip-hop, dubstep, and breakbeats. Currently based in the LA area, Zenzen is steadily making a name for himself in the heart of SoCal nightlife, captivating audiences with infectious energy and dynamic performances.
