Any artist is welcome to send us a track via freshonthenet.co.uk anytime between Monday lunchtime and Thursday morning (or when we receive 200 submissions, whichever is sooner) - and all our moderators, including Tom Robinson, will listen to every track. If a track you submitted does not appear in this list, it’s probably because another of your tracks appeared in our Fresh Faves or on the BBC Music Introducing Mixtape during the last three months — we ask that artists featured on either wait three months before resubmitting to give others a chance. We also don’t accept short previews or SoundCloud Go tracks that can only be heard as 30 second previews, and tracks made private after submission, which will be invisible to everyone. You will be able to resubmit the track in future. Tracks that have been previously submitted and tracks from banned artists will also be removed.

In My Prime was written and produced in lockdown, and reflects the frustration that many of us feel in not doing all the things we’d planned to do with our free time. But it’s also about being a twenty-something seeing those around you do great things while you’re stuck doing the same old same old, struggling to move forward with all the ambitions and plans you hoped to achieve long before now.

Sometimes you have to be fearless and take chances.. 

In the Spring of 2019, musician Andy Davidson from Teesside set out to create something he had always wanted to, a music project where he was fully in control of every aspect, from writing and production to website and merch design.  

The album Andy began to write was as much a means of escape as a creative venture.

“I feel I had to do this to fix something inside of me, and to make peace with myself.”

Andy pours his heart and soul into his writing, exploring the two opposing emotions of depression and hope. Flawlessly working these emotions into his writing, Save Yourself was released in December 2019, and was well received with interest from BBC Introducing and #1 spots on independent charts in the UK, New York, Japan and Australia. 

The EP, Hurricane, released December 2020, immediately captured hearts with reflections of the continuing theme of change and loss, combined with the heart aching yet uplifting now trademark sound. 
Hurricane also sees Andy continuing to advance his skills as a self taught producer/engineer, an area in which he is constantly driven to advance and progress in. 

Feed Your Wolves is planning to play some live dates with his band later in the year.
