Combine Audio welcomes the new year in style with a delightful 10 track VA full of energy and absolute bangers. We gathered some of the best upcoming talents and a few veterans from Combine Audio to build up a unique music journey through the whole release. Shall we start with Half Robot's 'Haloakene', which reminds us somehow to some classic experimental projects that we like also to support on the label. Riddika brings the rough Chicago jackin' sound with 'Two Bob Mob' and his nasty groove. Engram raises the tone and the intensity with 'Synesthesia' with a relentless synth stab going all the way up. Following up with Davma's Solar Flux, we cool it down a little bit to add some textures and a deeper groove, heading to an amazing mind trip. Goor takes it from there and bring us deeper into the dark with some dub techno feeling in his track 'Corvus'. Background layers and general atmosphere are exquisite. We stay mental with the hypnotic synth loops and deep kick of 'Pure', by VanLL. Time to push things up again with 'Anagoal' by Stier & Mesh Convergence. Raw energy flowing to shake the dancefloor. Keeping the energy and the evil atmosphere, we carry on with K-Deey's 'Hitch Hiker', and essential guide to travel the galaxy. Dont forget to bring a towel. A veteran on the label, Dulep comes to jack and smack it towards the end with his banger 'Accelerate'. Deep and pounding bass kick driving all the way in a martial mood. The synth stabs and short arpeggios add up some kind of an hypnoses acid vibe. Finally, Amine Kohb releases the madness with 'Quantum Field Theory'. Constant automations going on in the background with all the different synth lines going back and forth all over the track. Perfect closer for this journey.
