Feines Tier veteran Johannes @klingebiel introduces @franz-matthewsto the family and together they bring us “Ce Moment” EP, a basket of tunes full of colorful harmonies, bouncy grooves and poetic French lyrics. What more could one wish for?
The two producers and multi-instrumentalists met some years ago in their chosen
hometown Berlin and decided to fuse their producing and multi-instrumentalism game.
The first fruit of this labor was the much-loved and -played “Signs” on Heimlich records, now being followed by this EP here.
The title tune is an amalgamation of groovy electric bass riLs, spicy Prophet synth
sounds, melancholic vocals and certainly has something of that magic ingredient
people call the French Touch. A good tune to pick for House DJs who dig some Disco now and then and for Disco DJs in need of some solid House.
“La Traversée” is a crossing (multi-language pun intended) of bazillions of quirky synth sounds and melodies that somehow form a coherent whole, the sum of its part being a light and friendly but not cheesy house tune, that will make the sun go up on any dancefloor.
The mighty Kompakt overlord @michael-mayer-kompakt takes “Ce Moment” under his spell. The result is a grander and more mysterious aLair, made for bigger and darker dancefloors. The Sound of Cologne™ this is indeed!
Parisian up-and-comer @shimon-earthly adapts „La Traversée” into his sonic world. When Matthews and Shimon discussed the finished remix on the phone in French, all that le dilletant Johannes could understand from it were the words “très cool” and “after-hour vibe” , which… yes, completely tracks!

In good old label tradition, Feines Tier presents the new Zoo Compilation Volume 4. You can keep the first half of tracks 1-11 in mind as The Deep Tracks and from 12-21 as The Action Tracks. These were our internal working titles anyway. In the end, it's a big compilation with 21 artists that we don't want to pigeonhole, because it's a big zoo! Thank you to Marcel Kreuzer aka Zoologne for the lovely cover art.

Mexican enfant extraordinaire @inigovontier is rolling in with his debut EP for Feines Tier and it’s a match made in heaven. Just judging on the name alone, as he seems to be from some kind of royal Tier family descent. But enough with the mind-numbingly bad puns and on to some brain-meltingly good music. Rolling. Everything’s rolling. Zongato is rolling. We don’t know who or what a Zongato is (a Google search just led to a Twitch streamer with that name and 0 followers), but they are definitely rolling. It’s got this special combination of straight and uncompromising beat and bass paired with psychedelic synth sirens floating around your head that somehow only the Mexicans really know how to nail. Astrolo is rolling. Like a well-oiled machine. Well, maybe like a not so well-oiled machine, one that’s shrieking and creaking, but has been running since forever and reliably will do so until we’re all gone from this Earth. If you ask Google Translate, Mucha Onda means „very cool“ in English, „molto bello“ in Italian or „valde frigidus“ in Latin and there is nothing more to add to that. The psychedelics are back (were they ever gone?) and kick in in full swing on Hedonist Lizard. A dangerous cocktail of high-proof alcoholic drum and bass patterns paired with some sugary spicy herbals of unknown origin, better not down it in one go. You were warned. On The Sounds Are Good, the sounds are good indeed! And rolling.

Susu a.k.a David Oren is a Tel Aviv based DJ and producer, deeply rooted in the city’s vibrant nightlife scene for over two decades. Known for his behind-the-scenes influence, David was one of the driving forces behind some of Tel Aviv’s most iconic venues — including the legendary Breakfast Club, The Cat and the Dog, Dada, and Sexi Fish.

After years of shaping the city’s nightlife from the business side, David has stepped into the creative forefront. Story: Inspired by J. Krishnamurti’s teaching of “ground” as the silent, ever-present awareness beneath experience, this mix sonically explores four evolving forms of ground. An sonic attempt to show this foundation beyond all phenomenon shifts beneath perception.

The closest synonym for “ground” in Western philosophy is the “thing in itself” (Ding an sich in German), Kant’s concept of reality beyond perception, the essence independent of appearances.

It begins with Rooted Ground, the tangible base felt in body and earth, a primal pulse grounding us in the now.

Then, ground flows into Fluid Ground, a shifting field of rhythms and energies, embodying impermanence and change.

Next comes Ethereal Ground, the invisible root beneath form, a silent space inviting deep listening beyond our conditioning and ego.

Finally, Emergent Ground reveals the interplay of being and becoming the creative tension where existence unfolds without separation.

This mix is a meditation on Tat Tvam Asi  (“That thou art”), inviting listeners to rest in the silent, shifting ground beneath all experience.

Peru is a stomping up tempo piece of sweeping music that blows you off your dirty dancing feet. The second title Natur slows us down a bit and makes us dream of long and warm summer days. It contains a heartwarming vocal sung by his grandma and combines classical South American sounds with a catchy tune.

On the flip side you'll find hip shaking remixes by Dutch live animal SATORI and a lovely couple from northern Germany called JUST EMMA.

Luca Musto is an enthusiast of soul, jazz and blues, his electronic music - some call it ‚slow-house' - oozes of grooving beats and hypnotizing melodies. 
With Italian roots reflecting rhythms through spaces into a musical mirror, you might get ready to set up cozy, yet grounded atmospheres. In every single track Luca’s vision of deeply impulsive ambiences moves on as the rolling beat does. His wide range of downlifting electronic vibes was already spread through several shows around Europe this summer including Feines Tier’s temporary homebase Jackwho in Cologne. One might be sure that this journey really has just begun.

Berlin-Cologne based duo Atlantik is well known for incredible ravish live sets. People go ballistic! Clemens  and Georg played their set more than three years ago on one of the Feines Tier parties and everybody instantly felt in love with it. 
Atlantik has got a residency at the world famous Sisyphos Berlin where they set up their impressing analog machine park on a regular basis. 
The Snö EP contains two original tracks plus a crispy remix by Feines Tier friend Schlepp Geist.
