Polands deep house specialist WEIKUM is back on OHRAL with another spectacular track. When it comes to low-slung, chunky house grooves, theres not many better at it than WEIKUM. His brand new release GET UP is prooving exactely this. 

GET UP is WEIKUMS third release on OHRAL already - his first two releases went down really well and are - even today - highlights in their catalogue. So kind of logical to continue writing this so far absolutely successful cooperation. The track also got a very special treatment by none other than Frankfurts Deep House Hero SASCHA DIVE. Being long time in the business, delivering only high profiled deep house sounds since 2007 he was on our wishlist for quiet a while already. So we are happy that finally also SASCHA contributed his soul to the ongoing journey of OHRAL by adding his very special & unique deep and dub house interpretation of GET UP by WEIKUM.

It‘s Finland‘s JussiPekka presenting us his scene of a Dancing Queen, after his Poker Flat debut on „The Finish Tournament“ 12“ some months ago. He shows up with two mixes, e.g. the Germanny Mix, which will definately make you move across the floor, whiped by these very early Chicago House Sounds like this unique snare paired with a great pushing bassline. In addition we have also two very nice remixes coming all the way from New York City for your pleasure. The Spencer Filipsson Experience catches the funk with an extraordinary groovy acidline in the a-side mix. On the b-side, they focus on a dilly bassline and some great funky chords.

Kindisch proudly announces the release of Connected Airlines, the highly anticipated two-track EP from EVGHENIIA, a fresh new alias from an artist who has already made her mark in the electronic music scene. EVGHENIIA, formerly known as Jay Medvedeva, delivers her first release under this new name, showcasing her evolving sound and artistry.

Known for previous releases on Kindisch (To The Wonder, 2022), Decay Records, and trueColors, EVGHENIIA’s new project reflects an exploration of deeper sonic territories. With Connected Airlines, she offers a captivating blend of house and minimal that highlights her distinct, sophisticated production style.

The EP’s title track, “Connected Airlines,” is a house track crafted for the dancefloor, fusing subtle whispered vocal samples with a straight, driving beat. Its soulful piano melodies, layered over a deep, pulsating synth bass line, create an uplifting and immersive sound that is both detailed and energetic.

Duro Label proudly announces the release of "Baba Music Vol. II," the latest EP from Rina. The EP features exciting collaborations with JulyJuli and The Flying Spoon, as well as a joint effort with HNRQ. Adding to the musical tapestry are remixes by Shubostar and Made In TLV.

"Baba Music Vol. II" kicks off with "Daily Grind" featuring JulyJuli, a hypnotic and playful track. This solid cut captivates listeners with its potent rhythms and entrancing elements. JulyJuli's mesmerizing vocals weave seamlessly through the track, keeping the audience in a perpetual state of trance. Following this is the "Daily Grind (Made In TLV Remix)," which transforms the original into an epic journey tailored for those magical sunrise moments at a rave. Made In TLV infuses the track with intricate percussive layers, reverberated resonances and epic melodies.

Mexico meets Augsburg! @feinestier veterans @theusmago and @dominikmarz join forces for the „Timewarp“ EP. And to everybody whose stream of consciousness associates this title to terms like „Feierei“ and „Gude Laune“: Well, you’re not wrong. The message is brought to you through on-point less-is-more drum programming, distorted toms, crystalline synths, chirping 303s and spliced-up vocals. So basically everything you’d ever need for a proper feierei. Mr Smallville Paris aka @jacquesbon and his pal @druxdrux (nomen est omen?) serve their exquisite tastebuds to cook up a bittersweet remix of the tune, which makes for a deep(!) dish with its trippy percussion layers and nebulous pads. Maybe don’t drive a car after consuming this one. The gude vibes continue with „Fredonien“ which is served in two variations: Firstly the „Vox Mix“ which is going all in on honoring its title and is as sweet as candy, with the synth chords adding that dip of melancholy we’re craving from all the best deep house tunes. The regular version is a more streamlined affair, but don’t be fooled: The amount it’s lacking in heart wrenching vocals is more than made up by melodramatic Mellotron-y synths dropping by from time to time to say hello and raise the stakes. All we’ve got left to say after all these timewarps, drux and vox is: More of this collab, please!
