	2	May he remember all your gifts;
		may he accept your sacrifice.
		May he grant you your heart’s desire,
		and bring to all your plans success.

3	In your salvation we’ll rejoice,
		in God’s name raise our banners high.
		O may the LORD grant all your prayers;
		may he fulfil your every cry.

	4	I know now that the LORD defends,
		and saves his own anointed king.
		From holy heav’n he answer sends;
		his right hand saving power will bring.

	5	In chariots some put confidence,
		and on their horses some rely,
		but we remember for defence
		the name of God, the LORD Most High.

	6	While they are made to bow and fall,
		we risen have and upright stand.
		O answer us the day we call,
		and save the king, LORD, by your hand.

But thou shalt evermore endure;
As vestures, thou shalt change them so;
And they shall all be changed sure:

27 But from all changes thou art free;
Thy endless years do last for aye.
28 Thy servants, and their seed who be,
