Ane - DJ and producer of electronic music, living in northern Poland where, surrounded by the Tuchola Forest, she creates electronic music of varied uses - from performance and video art, through dance, to 3D mapping. In her tracks she incorporates recordings of ambient sounds combined with synthesizers as well as ethnic and folk instruments from all around the world. All of her sets comprise a careful selection of tracks, always telling a story which has to be listened to from the beginning to the end. Growing up with the sounds of Tresor’s dark techno and the 90’s house music, she has ended up mixing techno, Detroit house, afro house, and deep house in her 120-126bpm sets. She has always been fascinated by technical bass, deep vocals, tribal sounds with ethnic melodies, and instrumental music, all being inseparable elements of her work. As a music workshop instructor cooperating with several cultural institutions, she passes her love of music onto young people. Between 2016-2018 she co-created the UHA UHA music project with Kępisty sisters, which combined electronic and acoustic music (vibraphone, cello, and vocal). The result of their collaboration is the "Lazy day" EP released by the German label Nachtwandler Records. As part of her artistic scholarship, she released three tracks based on ﬁeld recording in 2019. 2019 also saw the release of her ﬁrst vinyl, "Od snu na jawę" [From dreams to reality]. She has been associated with the Perspective 9-Hills Festival, initiating and organizing the Electronic Park and Oriental Lake events.
