Mixed in high order ambisonics (HOA) at the University of Huddersfield SPIRAL studio. This is the head-locked binaural version recorded in the Applied Psychoacoustics Lab (APL) listening room using a Neumann KU100 dummy head (mixed with direct sound/fifth order ambisonics->direct to binaural).

Vertex - Hidden Harmony

When I asked Jake and Ric which track they would like to remix their answer was really surprising to me and included a lesson in English. Jake said they couldn’t wait to put their grubby hands on “What’s The Lineup”, which is probably the second or third track I finished as Perfect Stranger, back in early 2005. To be completely honest I had to go look for a back up hard disc and listen to this track when they suggested, cause I didn’t fully remember how it went ( and at the same time to check in the dictionary to understand the meaning of “grubby” ). I was really grateful that they reminded me of this track and also that they kept a lot of musical ideas of the original in their own version without breaking them into bits. Really enjoy this old school vibe!
