True to form, it’s been another hugely abundant start to the year for Simina Grigoriu.
Hot off the back of her immense Rooftop Ballerina / Pirouette EP in January and a subsequent brace of remixes for Torsten Kanzler and Dok&Martin, the first quarter of the 2022 has also seen the Berlin-based DJ, producer and label head release her first NFT collection on CryptoDJs and embark on her most extensive tour of North America to date.
Now, as Simina looks to continue her abounding run of form further into the New Year, she announces an imminent return to her beloved Kuukou Records with the majestic new single 1981.
Due for release on Friday, April 29 as a follow-up to her nostalgic 2021 hit record Bucuresti, 1981 is nod to the year Simina was born and was created as a touching tribute to her mother, who protected her and her brother through some incredibly tough years growing up in an oppressed Romania in the early eighties.

Felix Kröcher has been one of the best-known techno greats in the German-speaking world for many years. Known for more than 100 shows a year, on the biggest stages, like the SonneMondSterne Festival, Nature One, or Mayday, Felix is known for his musical releases on labels like Terminal M, Filth On Acid, or Suara.

"Reunion" is a musical instance of people being able to come together again on the dancefloor after a long period of separation. Preparations for the 2022 festival season are in full swing and all people can hardly wait to be back on the world's dance floors.

Emerging NYC producer/DJ Charles D becomes just the second artist to officially remix the legendary track. His ‘Epic Mix’ is a chugging end-of-night weapon that was first played by Adam Beyer to close out Awakenings at the Gashouder during ADE last year. It further soundtracked events including Movement Detroit, Tomorrowland and EDC.
