Inside the mind of William Cooper are visions that no man should behold. Although the Black Market Militia representative has experienced both the good and the bad, it's the latter that explains why his "conscious is constantly at war with the darkness…" Joined by Army of the Pharoah's, Reef the Lost Cauze, and legendary Onyx frontman, Sticky Fingaz, "True-N-Livin' Nightmares" gives us three tales of terror: Coop with his metaphorical battles with vampires, devils, demons, and zombies; Reef who fights a holy war in the mental; and Sticky's lucid mind trip of police evasion and misogyny. Production is supplied by BP, who crafts an ominous head banger that keeps the track in a constant state of suspense. "True-N-Livin' Nightmares" is the first leak taken from Cooper's sophomore LP, 'God's Will,' which includes guest appearances from Ill Bill, Rah Digga, Sean Price, Killah Priest, and many more. 'God's Will' is set for a May 5th release date, and is now available for pre-order, through Gemstar Regime Records.

► In January 1993 at the recording studio "The Hit Factory" in NYC rappers Naughty By Nature, ONYX, Chyskillz, Jam Master Jay, Biggie Smalls, Puff Daddy and producer / rapper Jesse West (a.k.a. 3rd Eye) joined together to record a track called "Flip That Shit" special for the soundtrack for the new movie "Who's The Man?". But unfortunately this track hasn't been released. Many years later legendary crate-digger DJ JS-1 found this tape and give it to Sticky Fingaz. Then this track was added to ONYX "Cold Case Files Vol. 2" (2012). "Who's The Man Advance Tape" was sold on the eBay auction for $157,50 US on August 26, 2013 (www.ebay.com/itm/Whos-The-Man-Advance-Tape-Notorious-BIG-Biggie-Smalls-Naughty-3rd-Eye-Nesto-93-/261266302615). The same time I found there 2-minute excerpt from this song in good quality and mixed with DJ JS-1's version and finally upload it on Soundcloud (https://soundcloud.com/felixmontana/naughty-by-nature-biggie-smalls-3rd-eye-onyx-1993-flip-that-shit), but this original version from DJ Chubby Chub's mixtape has a little difference with DJ JS-1's version

► In December 1994, ONYX went on to Times Square's "Quad Recording Studios" to record a track with Method Man "Evil Streets Remix". In this song, rappers call themselves "NY Giants" cause in this time ONYX and Wu-Tang Clan were giants in the hip-hop business of New York. Don't forget that at this time the police and detectives were still working downstairs and trying to figure out who shot 2Pac a few days ago. Later DJ LS One put his scratches on this song, and Sonee Seeza came with a completely different verse. In the spring of 1996, the song was released on mixtapes and thanks to DJ Envy now we can hear the original '94 version of this track. So check what has been locked for almost 25 years!! Pure, Uncut & Raw!
