WhoMadeWho are that rare thing, a band with their own sound. And their latest longplayer ‘Through the Walls’ adds yet more fuel to the restless, fluctuating bonfire. It sounds as if they won’t cool off or settle down anytime soon and their new single ‘Goodbye To All I Know’ demonstrates that in remarkable fashion.

Recorded as one of the last songs for the album in September 2017 the track is actually based on a demo for the solo project of singer Tomas Høffding but “ended up being a perfect choice for the song”.

‘Goodbye To All I Know’ was produced in an analogue way with a lot of different synths and real time knob turning. “And then we added more analogness when we teamed up with Simon Littauer who fired up his big ass modular setup for some great ambient additions” adds Høffding.

Rounding things off WhoMadeWho line-uped a top draw remix package for 'Goodbye To All I Know'. The brooding, experimental original is taken to town by the likes of Marvin & Guy, Eagles & Butterflies, Yuksek and Fell Reis

Kicking off proceedings, Permanent Vacation affiliates Italian duo Marvin & Guy deliver their aptly named 'Cosmica Remix', a subtle intergalactic groover that will entrance dancefloors from Berlin to LA. Following on, the ever-impressive Eagles & Butterflies delivers a darker, rolling Techno edged cut of sonic brilliance. Next up and stripping it back, Fell Reis treats us to two cuts, a subtle Day mix and club focused Night Remix constructed for the depth of the club. Finally, and perhaps saving the best till last, French production wizard and Partyfine label boss, Yuksek delivers groove laden acid-tinged reinterpretation that will ignite the dancefloor

‘Through The Walls’ the trio’s 6th full-length studio album was released on 19th January 2018 and is available digitally and in stores worldwide. The album features the already previously released singles ‘I Don’t Know’and ‘Dynasty’

With this deep tech vibes EP we start the new blockbuster series Mono which started just from a single synth melody recorded in mono mode. 

FREE.D and Mik Kartl collab again for a groovy dense and dancefloor driven gem. Imagination based on mono synth melody led us to the deep night mediative atmosphere with a wild tribal beat. We saw people dancing on the seashore in the strobe lights as we did sometime on Mykonos Alemagou beach in a pure music happiness. That was the reason for the creating Mono series which are planned to have 3 original tracks in that concept.

So first Mono is out now and we are proud of the sound. Heavy remix support from talented Fell Reis who created another bomb for this EP - very groovy and unique. And then the super talent Spieltape joins the release with his super interpretation - just listen to that arp! Totally crazy!
