This idea was conceived back in early 2019, during that period of time where it was popular to just have "Megalovania" in your AU because UT:HH did it. I'd say it serves a purpose here, as it's an homage to Toadie's famous project "Sans Undertale: Barricaded." In their final battle, they embody Sans one last time.

*Here comes the Moonster.

Alcau tells the story of a facility far away from Mt. Ebott in which a new set of monsters is held after losing its own skirmish against humans. After managing to break free from the clutches of Mt. Ebott's Underground, our hero Nex finds himself in yet another holding facility for monsters where his life is at stake. He's quite a few miles off from where he used to be and quite a few memories off from WHO he used to be, but throughout his journey he'll regain his bearings, learn more about himself, and maybe even bring justice to a whole new population of monsters.

Moonstone (@moonstrikefour), sometimes affectionately known as the Moonster, takes the role of Mettaton. He was a mild-mannered guy who never expected to be seen as anything more than an average joe, but his marvelous music and magic made him an overnight celebrity within the facility. He doesn't let fame get to his head, but he's always striving to make his performances more and more dazzling and breathtaking. And a man can only get so powerful before things start to get out of control...

Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore II, the Betrayed Undyne ending, details an ending in which Frisk ruins their streak of pacifism right before the end, slaying the celebrity robot Mettaton on live television. Toriel has taken her ex-husband Asgore's place after his death, and she struggles to maintain morale in an increasingly wary underground. Humans are to be treated not as enemies, but as friends. At least...in theory.

Not many people were really looking after Napstablook anyway, but those that knew them will tell you that they haven't seen them around in a few years. However, their good friend the Mad Dummy stepped up to take care of the family ranch in their absence. It's not a great life, but it's their life.
