Had a blast supporting Tropo at SLO Brew Rock ~ this was my first time playing on a stage since pre-covid times, and the crowd energy was some of the best I've ever felt. I could feel that everyone was truly happy to be back enjoying live music for the first time in a year.

Thank you Groovewell & Camp Never Sleep Again for trusting in me and my sound to bring in the sunlight Sunday morning at NSA Campout 2023. I selected some vibey jungle and etherial breaks to bring a melodic and warming feeling to my typical broken beat sound. A highlight was also going out on a whim and mixing in an old classic from one of the most legendary and influential artists of our time - Björk's Hyperballad. Shouts out to Xochitl for screaming the lyrics along with me at the top of our lungs as the first sun rays of the day fell over us. 

This was my first time experimenting mixing with jungle and a bit of half-time, so bare with me. I've been holding onto these tracks for the perfect moment and set time ~ which was so kindly gifted to me on my 1 year anniversary of moving to San Francisco.

I created this mix after attending a few discos in Berlin, the best and most unique being Heidegluhen. The music is wildly different than the techno atmosphere, but I enjoy the happiness disco music brings as it uplifts the crowd with powerful vocals, funky drums and sexy saxophone.

Thank you San Luis Obispo for being such a lively, connected and supportive community!! 🥰 Such beautiful positive energy was exhibited on this day dedicated towards women. This past weekend, my collective @sub.sessions was given the opportunity to collaborate with @womensmarchslo to throw Femme Sessions Vol. 2 as the Official After Party of the SLO Women’s March! This allowed us to reach a new portion of the community, coming together with the common goal of empowering women. Friends, parents, children, the WMSLO board and Congressman Salud Carbajal all came out to support, dance and laugh.

Thank you @blisscafeslo for giving us a beautiful space outdoors in the sunshine to bring people together with music from all female DJ’s.
