Heavy Machinery Records is proud to present ’TIE-EE-YIE-EE-YIE-EE-YIME', the stunning debut full length album from Melbourne electronic producer Female Wizard.

Female Wizard has been a stalwart of the Melbourne dance music scene since taking up DJing in 2014. She initially made her mark by gathering and sharing a vast classic house record collection under the name Brooke Powers, playing feature sets at Golden Plains, Dark Mofo and Red Bull Music Academy’s Transliminal, The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, and many more.

In 2019, Female Wizard took on her now trademark experimental and innovative DJ style. Exploring the weirder sides of techno, industrial, IDM and more, this style aims to create collective transcendence through powerful sonic immersion. Female Wizard’s debut at a Boiler Room and Discwoman collaborative event was followed by headlining sets at Hybrid Festival and Soft Centre, as well as mixes for Discwoman, and Boiler Room’s Hard Dance mix series. In 2020, Female Wizard made the shift to music production, releasing her first EP 'Messy-Podge-Mania' on local label Anterograde.

Ndr0n is the digital mask that accompanies Afonso Proença. Born and raised in Lisbon, Ndr0n always orbited through free parties and dnb raves that lead to his above all belief: bass. In London, Ndr0n not only sharpened his eardrums by serving as sound technician for some local bar, but also made the connections between 0s and 1s stuck in his head. This joint skillset unraveled in pure sonic experimentation that culminated in the co-creation of Postcarbon Collective. Now back in Lisbon, with a keen sense of self, Ndr0n dabbles between modular synthesis and live-coding, producing music that seems compiled from an AI’s motherboard. 

IBMachine is positioned at an intersection of emotion and apathy. 
It explores this duality in the context of human designed machine utopia.

It is with great pleasure that we announce our latest release, UNTITLED 001 Remixes,  featuring MIRASIA, Kuya Neil and Dennyf. 

This project is a continuation of Aarti Jadu's original track 'UNTITLED 001', first released on Fluxx Vol.1 and is also an accompaniment to the UNTITLED 001 music video.

The project was born out of Jadu’s experience of moving between the community she was born into and the community she has chosen. The song as well as the accompanying video explore navigating these seemingly disparate worlds and the tension that arises from desiring acceptance from both.

Now that we have learned to fly through the air like birds, swim underwater like fish, we only need one thing: to learn how to live on earth as humans.
Under his Xr/spool: moniker Michelangelo Perrone enjoys the exploration of unknown territories in which forces of the universe interact with time and space in order to distort reality. 
The notion of constrast is essential to capture the meaning of "Void Lands", a distant world  in which the beauty of nature is closely linked to its brutality and both of those merge in a pleasant agitation. 
This chimera is translated into music thanks to wild but mastered interactions through which powerful polyrithmia stands against hypnotic samples, mostly issued from the artist's personnal field recordings. 
For his first album, Xr/spool: paints a dark and mysterious canvas that invites us to pay more attention to the smallest details that may help us to grasp the complexity of this new world we're in.
