It's that time of year again! October is the anniversary of the accident that made me a burn survivor. Every year around this time I like to put a mix out to celebrate LIFE! This year I decided to release a showcase of the unreleased music I've been working on over the past year. The goal is to release these tracks slowly as I continue to work on the other projects in the vault! 

This mix has EVERYTHING! 17 unreleased tracks from deep 140, to riddim, to dubstep... I even finish off with some dnb! My goal is to continue to diversify myself as I continue to grind and I hope this mix showcases that, hope you guys like it :)

Straight Outta Ashes VOL. 004 (WIPs/IDs Edition)

FENX FAM, I am back and feeling better than ever!!! This is the first song I've dropped since March of 2021. Over the past year and a half I have not only been grinding to try to improve my craft, but I have also been working on my confidence and mental health. For the first time in a long time I feel like I am both happy and proud enough to share my music to the public... I really hope you guys like this new sound because there is PLENTY of stuff like this still in the vault ;) 

HUGE shoutout to the people who have continued to support me and my project despite not having released much music lately. I promise moving forward, I will be releasing TONS of new chunes :)

October 5th 1999 was when I became a burn survivor. So around this time of year, I like to release a mix to celebrate life. That is why the project is called Fenx (pronounced phoenix). This year I played a set at one of my favorite places and decided to record the set and release it for this years edition of the "Straight out of Ashes" series.  I've always been a huge fan and the fact that I got to share the stage with him really motivated me to keep grinding. Fast forward 5 YEARS (wow time flies) and now I'm in the midst of doing weekly uploads of my own music! Super happy to present my 3rd of weekly releases this month. Not many people know but Trap/Moomba is one of the sub-genres that REALLY not only got me into electronic music but to produce it as well. I used to be OBSESSED with Bro Safari and recently I've been feeling like an asshole so I took my frustrations out on this tune and I think it turned out to be one of my heaviest ones yet!
