I actually started this project a while back and then got sidetracked and derailed with some other 4 projects all concurrently running, to this day I am maybe 20% of the way through completing.

It’s going to take a while to get through all of them but heh, tis all in good fun and stuffs.

I REALLY wanted to make a ponified version of this, I already included trot sounds in the song and punches/attacks on the kicks with layered trot sounds to make it a nice clopping sound.  I primarily wanted to top it off with the vocalist saying “EVERYPONY ----ING JUMP!” but some very passive searching later I still haven’t found one to do it.

Also.  Bronycon needs to jump.  That is all.

Pic is another from Hardbass 2014, srs it’s an amazing fricken festival.

Made entirely in FL Studio 11 with Wasp XT synths primarily.  Woopwoop digital-analog synths!  Also tried an entirely different mastering approach which turned out an absolutely sexy sounding song, WAY better than all previous songs I’ve made.  Prepare for sexy sounds!

Super ponified version of the original, with 3 different kicks and like 15 different synthesizers.  A high energy track I can definitely see being played (of course!) at the Bronycon Bronypalooza/concert/rave.

Threw in some trot sounds and lots of vocals addressing a distinctively pony crowd.

Any cursing is censored and covered.

A great song for the weekend, I had tons of fun producing this!

Modeled after DJ Gius/Technoboy's remix of the classic techno song, I ponified the lyrics and added my own approach to it.  Major props for the Technoboy's remix, major props for the original track whose melody was apparently taken from a Commodore 64 game.

An unofficial anthem of sorts, themed for Bronycon (of course!).

A sort of anthem for Bronycon.

My mind always drifts back to images of an open field, basking in a beautiful golden light, broken every now and then by an occasional tree, swaying in a light breeze as the leaves break off and drift down to a low sea of golden grasses pushing waves of distorted light as they carry the leaves with the wind.  Sounds of serenity, of the open meadow billowing softly, disturbed ever so slightly by a small group of ponies, sprinting through happily, the infinitely liberating feelings of freedom flowing through each of them, enjoying companionship without the slightest care for any of the bad in the world.  There's something about ponies just running freely over the hills and through the valleys, that lull me into an unprecedented state of tranquility, something I kept in mind when I made this track.

Today is my birthday, made myself a little present over the weekend woohoo.

Different kick and blahblahblah from the last slew of songs, had this melody planned out like 4 months ago but only now actually sat down to get it arranged fully.

Inspired (of course!) by my second favorite pony of all time, Twilight sparkle.

Made the image myself using a vector and a picture of Hard Bass 2014 with some semi-intense GIMP'ing lol.

So!  After no less than 11 remasters, 4 different headphones, 2 sets of speakers, and a lot of raging over my laptop's hyper dysfunctional battery (and it simply killing my computer at least 75 times over the course of the past month or so) I can finally say I am done with around 3 days to spare!

This is my entry into Baasik & Black Gryph0n's remix competition for their track Academy off of their absolutely kick ass IMmortal album that I have absolutely no regrets for spending 70 fricken dollars on the pre-order.  (I coulda bought a few pony plushies with that money... still so worth it)  

As for the song, it is set at an odd 135 BPM; I was fairly unsure about how to approach this remix and thought to do full on hardstyle but after some quick experimentation, it turned out a tad too fast for my liking so I settled for good ole hard dance...  With 4 hardstyle kicks...  And funky synth design...  And far too much time spent mastering and remastering the song over and over again, actually, apparently I have only spent a fantastic total of 42 hours and 3 minutes on it lol.  With all of this in mind, I very excitedly refer to this track as my "Wreck the Remix" remix.

Anywhoozles, I really should be studying for my anthropology midterm tomorrow but I felt like getting the bulk of the publishing done now.  TBH, I cbf to make the album art anything really special, but most significantly, there is no download link because I am not sure how all this stuff will work since the winning songs are to be released on an official EP and such.  Will make publicly available as soon as I know I can, though!

Baasik & BlackGrphy0n - Academy (Feral FurE Remix)

HOOOOOOOOOKAY!

It's taken a while, but, here's a track, some delicious early hardstyle, a 2014 remix of a track released around 10 years ago!  The original is made by Lady Dana, the “Queen of Hardcore,” and she’s been around the loop quite a bit and has had a few medical issues over the past few years.  This remix is a mini-homage and tribute to her.

This track has also been completed on my new studio set up (with actual reference monitors and an audio interface!) so the audio will be quite different than it usually has been.

Picture is taken from Qlimax 2006.  Probably one of the absolute best years for the entire event.  I don't care enough to make it anything fancy or official.  I don't even know if I'm going to actually release this song per se or just upload it as a preview or something.  After about 20 seconds consideration the download link is active, I do have another EP planned out and it's just a matter of me executing the tracks... Once I ever get the time.  University is going to be hell in a handbasket next semester and so I will have quite literally no time to work on musics.

Lastly, I forgot that it’s Christmas lol.  I also forgot how Christmas works so here’s my little present to you and all that jazz.

This is a bootleg remix, all credits for the original melodies and composition go to Noisecontrollers and Wildstylez.  I wanted to give the track a 2016 re-amp since it was made in like 2011 hahah.

K.Y.H.U. stands for Keep Your Head Up, but we're gonna act like it stands for Keep Your Hooves [cringe] Up.

The track has some great summer vibes and I got Nowacking to do a few MC style vocal clips as Vinyl Scratch to complete the summer-festival-rave-ish atmosphere of the track.
