Ferbegy? is a four piece electro/rock band formed in Bolzano (IT) in 2009 by brothers Anna (voice, keys, synth) and Dario Mongelli (guitars, live electronics). In 2014 joined the band Alessandro damian (bass, guitar) and drummer Federico Groff. Their sound, both electronic and acoustic, vintage and modern, is born out of the love for bands like Fairport Convention, God Speed You Black Emperor!, Mount Kimbie and Fever Ray.

In two years of activity they played in Rock im Ring, Emergency, Steinegg Live, School's Out, they share the stage with Malfunk, Phidge and The Bastard Sons of Dioniso, they go to the final selection of Arezzo Wave and win the Upload Festival (…) in 2010 (Marlene Kuntz Cristiano Godano was the art director). They play on the same stage with Echo and the Bunnymen and Unkle. In summer 2011 they go on stage in the national indie meeting MEI and record their first EP “What if trees could speak” with David Lenci (Uzeda, Three Second Kiss), published by Killyourlabel.
After the release of the EP they go on tour in Italy, Germany and Austria with the german band Sugar from Soul.
They share the stage with Kill it Kid, Ben Kenney (Incubus), Julie Christmas and with Beatsteaks at Rock im Ring.
In 2013 they decided to record their first Lp “Soul Echoes” recorded at NoLogo Studio (Laives-IT) and published by indie label Riff Records.

Ferbegy è una band di electro/rock  nata a Bolzano nel 2009. La formazione vede alla voce, tastiere e synth Anna Mongelli, alla chitarra, voce e live electronics Dario Mongelli, alla batteria Federico Groff e al basso, chitarra Ale Damian.
La loro musica fonde l'elettronica con sonorità e strumenti vintage e nasce dall'amore per band come Fairport Convention, God Speed You Black Emperor!, Mount Kimbie e Fever Ray.

Nei primi anni di attività suonano molto dal vivo in regione e partecipano ai festival “Rock im Ring”, “Emergency”, “Steinegg Live”, “School’s Out”. In due anni di attività arrivano alle finali dell’Italia Wave, dividono il palco con Malfunk, Phidge e The Bastard Sons of Dioniso, si piazzano al secondo posto del concorso Upload 2009 e vincono la successiva edizione nella categoria ‘Local’ (direzione artistica affidata a Cristiano Godano) esibendosi sullo stesso
palco con Echo and The Bunnymen e Unkle. Si aggiudicano uno spazio per esibirsi al MEI nonché la registrazione di un EP con David Lenci del Redhouse Studio di Senigallia (Uzeda, Three Second Kiss). Nell’ottobre del 2010 si trovano in studio a registrare il loro primo Ep “What If Trees Could Speak” pubblicato dall’etichetta indie bolzanina Killyourlabel.
Dopo l'uscita dell'Ep suonano in un mini-tour italiano  e successivamente in Germania e Austria al fianco della band tedesca Sugar From Soul. Condividono il palco con Kill it Kid, Ben Kenney (Incubus), Julie Christmas e con i Beatsteaks al Rock im Ring (Renon-IT).
Nel 2013 decidono di tornare in studio per registrare il loro primo LP “Soul Echoes” registrato al NoLogo Studio di Laives e coprodotto da Riff Records.
