"The 40 minute composition Inherent brings forth an astonishing utilization of minimalist structures, demonstrating intense simplicity and stillness. In the course of the piece two groups of harmonies gradually emerge, intertwine and dissolve delving the spectrum of synchrony and displacement. It feels as if one would enter a room of liberating timelessness just through experiencing all subtle stages of two large rhythms interlacing."

Hearing Memory II (jul_aug_sep_2023)

Ten performers, positioned in a large circle, around and within the audience. They all play an instrument from the metal reed family: melodicas, accordions, and harmoniums. Part of a 60-minute performance that explores space and microtonality as a consequence of rhythmic perception of harmony.

Listening becomes an active participation. Encountering a seemingly static sound world enables all participants to create their own subjective music, depending on spatial position, movement, and individual choice of focus. A music that attends to the generative nature of listening.
