After contributing several tracks to compilations, Warnung finally releases his very first EP on Berlin based label AKRONYM, which he also co-founded. „Aerojogging“ is a collection of four extremely powerful and efficiently produced 140+ BPM techno bangers. All tracks are based on loopy and groovy patterns; a quality that predestines them to be played on the appropriate dance floors. It would be shorthand to describe them as „DJ-Tools“, there is something more to it: Every single track has something mysterious about it and as a whole they create this addictive spirit, that is like a hypnotic pull and attracts all the dancers of the night.

With the situation in Ukraine getting worse and worse I decided to self release a track in order to collect donations to support two causes that I think are important. All revenues will be split equally and donated to the human rights organisation Razom (meaning “together” in Ukrainian) and the independent Russian media outlet Meduza. It’s only a small gesture but felt like the least I could do ✊💙💛

This piece of art was recorded a night of 2023 using only the Roland TR8-S Drum Machine. However the first track gave a warm welcome to my modular system. Processed through a Soundcraft analog mixer which I recorded its stereo output into the computer.
