“On The Coast” explores the subtle relationship between anxiety and love. Fergus wrote the song whilst on a beach holiday realising that, despite being surrounded by beautiful nature and a loving family, he was still experiencing anxiousness. The song’s evolving textures create tension and release, driven by a rolling drum beat
