Simple and clear audiotextures by Marat, a musician from St. Petersburg. The ability to detect and display almost invisible environment - a feature of artist, having thin and flexile nature, and to do it by available means - also a sign of talent. The random selection of the noise source in the compositions . It may be a daughter toy or a boiling kettle. As well we can assume the choice of instrument is not basic for the author. But in this case, magnetic sound of synth Alesis is stretched endlessly and therefore merges to silence with the surrounding environment. 
Every memory is an impression, and every impression is a picture. 
"The Fog" is the memory of the author about the morning bike rides in the fog in deserted Stockholm. 
"Museum of art" is the impression of watching a documentary about the american artist Sol LeWitt. 
In any case, the works of Surroundyou are filled with modest joy of contemplation and quiet charm of what is happening around. Whether it is the birds singing, or your favorite hobby, or your lovely place. 
The track "Awakening" has entered in August 2016 in a collection Ambient Archives vol. 5 on the label Archives.

Awakening

Surroundyou - Awakening (fragments)

The track from the album "Annwfyn" by Marco Bakker. Available on Bandcamp.

The music on this album was composed over a period of six years. Inspired by long winter walks, foggy trees and individuality, it was my intention to create a rather cold and desolate place embodied by soundscapes with cold textures, hypnotising tones, isolated moods but also some warmer feelings. Opening tracks “Ensi” (“First" in Finnish) and “Is Named Svinjar” (named after the subject of a spam mail I once received and also the first track I made for this album) are the portal towards Annwfyn, which is a mythical place in Welsh mythology. “Tendar Ljuv” (no meaning but referring to “tender love") and “Glimma” (“Shine” in Swedish) deliver some warmth and comfort to the album. “Nymolla” (a place in Sweden) sets the tone for the second part of Annwfyn: cold, desolate, ghostly. "Himinn Ljós” (no meaning but referring to “heaven light”) adds a bit of hypnotising light. Closing tracks “Ysbryd” (“spirit” in Welsh) and “Nos Calan Gaeaf” (the night before November 1st in Welsh) give the story an uncanny end. - Marco Bakker 

Why has such magnetic appeal the walk through the cold and homeless abstractions of Marco Bakker? Perhaps because his microcosm is zoomed in almost to the possibility to touch it; the crystals and microstructures of matter get any clearer in this possibility. Therefore the sound of the microscopic landscape has strong voice for our subconscious and incessant permanent vibration. Belief in impersonal supernatural forces is inseparably connected with our representation of the world, and our representation is always determined by our senses, and if we feel the cold and the light, then our imagination shows us a place called Annwfyn. It is the coherent narrative with decorated storyline about the journey to this place. - Fern Leaf

Joe Fujinoki is an electronic musician based in Tokyo, Japan. His sound is composed by analog synthesizer, field recording, and various processing instruments. This small album 'Scape + Scent' is selected works which was published on SoundCloud during 2015-2016.

Joe Fujinoki - Scape + Scent (fragments)

Laura, a lover of music, has always had a gift in it. She didn't realize this until the age of nine, realizing one day she could play a melody she heard on the piano without notes in front of her. Since then she taught herself to play the piano by ear. She progressed as the years passed, yearning to extend her talent the more. Finally at the age of 15, she got ahold of creating electronic and ambient music on the computer, and fell in love even more so with music. She expanded more than before as she began to hear harmonies in her mind and would play and sing them into her music. She saw a connection between the heart and music, as she was inspired by different seasons in life. May it be sorrow or happiness, her heart speaks through her music. She knew music was a way to express emotns that were unable to be expressed in words.

A fragment of black and white dream. A vague expectation in here turns to shake of the branches outside the window or swaying curtains of wind blow. Laura † Birdie - is the presence of noiseless sadness, emptiness touched everyone in presentiment of something unearthly and so necessary. All that remains from the minor memories is vague shadows, undefined outlines and a barely perceptible touch of homeless cold. We remember only really important to us. Infinite mist, drops of moisture and gray dusk early in the morning. 
However, the past does not exist. It is an unrealizable dream. It becomes more unrealizable, the more time passes - these alternations.

Magdalene Flowers is a project of Alex Bober - a sound artist, photographer and graphic designer. 
For Alex main sources of inspiration are nostalgia, childhood memories, escapism and power of imagination. His music is a way of expressing indescribable feelings and emotions which are half-subconscious and almost vivid in their intimacy.
