Austria’s Luv Lite Recordings returns with a new single from sibling pair Sascha & Andi Weisz AKA Weisz2 backed with remixes from Scan Mode and Jepe...

Sascha Weisz has been making musical waves for some time now with his unique take on House music, influenced by elements of Afrobeat, techno and electronica. Recording as Megablast and often pairing up with fellow producer Makossa he has build a solid reputation for productions that fuse an intelligent technical approach with the true spirit of the dancefloor and in the process has become one of Austria’s key dance music exports.
Now Sascha pairs up with his younger brother Andi who has recently started producing alongside production partner Michi Schrenk as WEISZ&SCHRENK. Together the brothers have adopted the apt moniker Weisz2 and here pool their considerable musical talents to create the sunkissed and excellent ‘El Vagabundo’ alongside guitarist Pablo J and percussionist Christian Einheller.
The release opens with the original version, an afrobeat infected, bass driven slice of House with scattered percussion and ricocheting synth stabs providing the basis for Pablo J’s heavenly Andalusian guitar parts. The first of the remixes sees Cadenza Lab artist Scan Mode drop things a little deeper with a stripped back reworking that draws on a rolling loop to provide the backing for the distinctive guitar. Finally Portugal’s Jepe delivers two superb versions in the shape of the intense and cosmic ‘Intercontinental Plentary mix’ and the housier ‘Red Sand Mix’.
This is another winning package from the Luv Lite imprint and a great introduction to the musical pairing of the brothers Weisz.

Pünktlich zu Beginn der warmen Jahreszeit gibt’s für unsere liebste Luise ein neues Sommerkleid aus dem sie so schnell wohl nicht wieder rauswächst. Von ihrem vorlauten Freund hochglanzpoliert und rundgeschliffen strahlt das kleine schwarze Stückchen Gold nur so vor Gemütlichkeit. 
Mit Hang zur Berliner Feinsinnigkeit haben uns die Dürerstuben zwei warme Tracks geschraubt: Sonnenblut Am Platz der Perlen (A1) ist ein Sommerstrahler vor dem Herrn. Zur Hälfte gespickt mit der Schwermütigkeit eines langen und harten Winters in der Großstadt, zur Anderen erfüllt mit der Wonne der ersten warmen Sonnenstrahlen des Jahres ist dieser Track auf jedem Open Air das richtige Mittel alle noch so müden Lebensgeister zu wecken. 
Treffend als Hiphouse bezeichnet liefern die Jungs mit Tira Mi Su (A2) einen chilligen Track für laue Sommerabende in gemütlicher Runde und verweisen dabei auf ihre Wurzeln. 
Den Remix von Sonnenblut am Platz der Perlen (B1) kommt von unserem Freund und Kupferstecher, ostfriesischem Wahlberliner und Familienmitglied Constantijn Lange. Mit einer farbenfrohen Portion Clubanstrich ohne dabei den Vibe des Originals aus den Ohren zu verlieren lädt seine Neuinterpretation selbst mit Dach über dem Kopf dazu ein Körper und Geist in Bewegung zu halten.

Dear all,
Christmas is the time of the year where everybody steps back a little bit, thinks about what’s important in life and gives away some nice gifts for the people who are important for him or her. 
I do what I can do best  - Music - and give you my Christmas in Bed- Mix of 2015, I started this little tradition last Year and hopefully it will last for longtime.
Words cannot describe how thankful i am for everything i can experience - so I let the music play instead of talking more.
