One of the challenges in scoring for video game is creating music that can be smoothly transitioned back and forth between distinct moments in the game. In this piece I created and connected two different musical moods: a steady and vigorous battle state, that is then connected to a calmer and more unstable exploration state, which finally goes back to the first state.

Vizima is the capital city of Temeria. In its outskirts, villagers are suffering with the night attacks of a mysterious demonic beast which appeared recently, spawning hordes of monsters in the fields around the town.
