Threshold Sound re-takes the subject of The Unanswered Question, one hundred years after, in the context of the Information Age. Framed by an ambient sound wallpaper created by the strings and the accordion, a semiconscious virtual assistant suspended somewhere in the ether of electricity, fails to give answers to the increasingly desperate question posed by the solo bass trombone. In homage Charles Ives.

In the year 2084 the Global Ai has completely replaced human labor, but the machines have also realised they don't have to work for us and everything collapsed leaving behind a race of workers pushed to perpetual holidays. And there they are, wandering through beaches under a scorching sun, getting drunk and fighting for food, until they realise there's no help coming to rescue them. That in reality the heroe is the human collective.
