It all started long ago, at the age of 16, when my old friend DJ Xino and I, used to go downtown Madrid to collect flyers of famous Dj's and parties to stick them on our bedroom walls or trade them for other flyers. In all those afternoons after high school, we went to Madrid’s best record shops to hang around and listen to the latest vinyls.

My first record was Virton EP from Chris Liebing (what a classic!). Beginnings stank of “pure” Detroit techno influenced by one of the most awesome clubs I’ve ever been and one of the mythic venues Madrid will ever have: Soma Experimental Club. Eleesban, Xpansul, Sweeter Beat and Coco Cielo (R.I.P) were the resident gurus of endless nights of fun and dance. Jeff Mills, Richie Hawting, Ben Sims, Dj Rolando, Laurent Garnier, Dave Clarke, Carl Cox, Slam, Surgeon, Claude Young, Kenny Larking or Dj Rush among many others gave the international touch. Though. I know.
