Human Rebellion is a project based on a vision of a dystopian world where humans are in resistance against a global empire that has taken control. Totally dedicated to a powerful and energetic electro-techno based on futuristic sounds straight out of their analog and modular synthesizers. An atmosphere globally dark but also sometimes very deep and contrasted, composed of cold and percussive basslines, hypnotic arpeggios, sci-fi textures straight out of their modular and analog synths.

We are honoured to have someone who's really been a bastion for the electro scene and a real inspiration over so many years...we're going proper electroid today so you better be ready to go robotic with DVS NME.

Stoked to host this bubble poppin' and electro shockin' mixtape with one of the masters of the game.

@dvsnme is an Electro music producer/deejay and Post-Punk enthusiast living in Colorado. He runs a daily blog called 'Dark Science Electro' which features news, live sets, guest mixes, upcoming shows, and throwbacks, as well as a weekly podcast that publishes every Friday on Soundcloud. The weekly radio show has aired since 2010 and was previously broadcasted on Illegal Connection Radio, Buenos Aires Sound System, and Intergalactic FM every Friday at 20:00 GMT.

He is also an accomplished and prolific Electro music producer. With production techniques ranging from software to hardware and everything in between, and spanning a multitude of genres, he has been producing music since 2000. He has collaborated with the likes of Franck Kartell, Das Muster, MetaComplex, Koova, Faceless Mind, Komarken Electronics, Deemphasis, and more. He is an artist representing Transient Force, Solar One Music, Blind Allies, Pulse Drift Recordings, Ukonx Recordings, Mosaique Records, Fanzine, and more.

Starting in 2006 with the founding of the project by Nico Jagiella and Rob, The Exaltics have been a driving force in the popularization of the beloved genre we call Electro. The following year in 2007, after the inception of The Exaltics project, the duo created the label @Solar_One_Music - The imprint has released music from many amazing producers such as MSRG, Heinrich Mueller, Gesloten Cirkel, Obergman, Franck Kartell, Nullptr, Das Muster, ERP, Ekman, Gosub, and many more. In addition, there are a few sub-labels that are utilized as well, such as Between Places, Rattleznake, Unhöerbar. Step into the world of Lloyd Stellar, the Dutch electro producer (Erik Griffioen) behind the mesmerizing machine-like beats and vocoder-driven vocals. As the owner of LDI Records, Lloyd's music delves into the unknown, exploring futuristic and dystopian themes like the consequences of man's greed and the relationship between humans and machines.
In addition to his studio recordings, Lloyd Stellar also gives live performances with his modular synthesizers, blending pulsating electro rhythms, adding another layer to the experience...
Lloyd has released music on top labels such as 20/20 Vision, Brokntoys, Science Cult, Avoidant, Hilltown Disco and Gated.

- Legowelt, Kraftwerk, Burial, Anthony Rother, Plant43.

What new projects/releases with your participation are expected in the near future?

- Two EPs coming this year on Exploited Records and on Wave Function Records.

Which artists/labels are more relevant to you now?

- Plant43 is the electro artist i like the most these days.

What inspires you now to create music?

- I get inspired by messing around with my synthesizers and listening to music.

What set-up do you use when creating music?

- In the studio these days I mainly use: Vermona DRM1, Korg Prologue 16, Roland SH101, Roland JV2080, Roland Jupiter Xm and a bunch of Eurorack modules.
For my live set I use a whole lot of Eurorack modules and two 1010Music Blackbox samplers that are filled with loops of beats from my tracks. I use a modular Eurorack setup, because it is small enough to take with me in a backpack.

A real music freak, who has mixed her fave electro, idm and techno tracks since 2005. She has played in many clubs and festivals of Hungary (Kontra, wndrlnd, Corvintető, Müszi, Kuplung, R33, Egál, S.U.N festival, Ozora ect...) and other countries, like Germany, Croatia, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, and France and of course the Netherlands (Drift Festival, Het Nest Festival, ADE etc)
She is currently based in Nijmegen (NL).
She is also a resident DJ at Nijmegen’s very own Open Source Radio.
