heyo, this is a song that i put a lot of emotion in. here's what it means to me: 

"listening back on it, i’ve realized i’ve been way too harsh on myself and my decisions. as ironic as it is, my directions have been sporadic and uncoordinated. i think it’s time for me to realize that i don’t need a direction to take to make myself happy. i think the reason why i settled down and realized i need to release this because of how harshly i think about myself and how i want to think about myself in the future. this may sound like im rambling on, but this song mean’t the world to me while making it. colin caulfield vocals have hit me to a way where i cannot just hold this in for myself, but i need other people to realize this for themselves as well. you don’t need a direction, you can just take whatever path you please and keep going down different paths. there isn’t an end and you can do whatever you want down this direction. i’ve finally realized that for myself, hence why i want to release it now. i don’t necessarily understand why i held it down for so long, but i can’t take it anymore. i need this out there for my own well being. thank you all for listening to this bullshit excuse for me to hold onto to it for this long. i finished it in june, so that’s how long its taken me to fell confident in myself to really find the path to take, because i dont need one" - Aaron
