[Behind The Track]

Welcome to the forty-fifth release of Launch Records. This time we got a new track by Institute called ‘You Got Me’.

The song starts immediately with the vocal together with atmospheric sounds in the background. After a while, you hear a melody and chords are playing. The atmospheric sounds still continue to play. The vocals are changed into vocal chops in the background as well. Then you hear a clap is added to the chords and melody. After a while, more and more sounds are added to give more atmosphere to the track. Then the build-up starts. In the build-up, the rhythm of the drum loop is getting faster. Hereby the chords, melody, vocal chops, and background sounds are the same as at the start of the track.

When the drop hits, the track is transforming into a powerful deep house summer track. You hear a clear melody line that is so clean and strong that you can easily follow the drop. To give more variation to the drop, it’s divided into two parts. In the first part, you only hear the melody together with the bass-line, clap, and atmospheric sounds. In the second part, some funky chords are added including the same sounds as used in the first part. These two different drops give a really special vibe to the track. As a listener, you want to shuffle on this track.

All these aspects which are used in the track make the track a real Launch release. We are very happy to have a release together with this talented duo Institute. Keep an eye on Institute because this is just the start of them.

[Behind The Track]

Welcome to the forty-seventh release of Launch Records. This time we got a new track by Eleys called ‘Safe and Sound’.

The song starts immediately with the vocal together with chords, a clap, and atmospheric sounds in the background. After a while, you hear a melody, and a bass line is added. This melody is the same melody that will be used in the drop. When the build-up starts the melody gets a harder volume and the clap is getting a faster rhythm.

When the drop hits, the track is transforming into a powerful deep house track. This drop has 2 different drops in it. In the main drop, the melody gets the main attention. You hear a clear melody line that is so clean and strong that you can easily follow the drop. In the background, a chord play and baseline are added to give more power to the drop. In the second part of the drop, the main drop stops and you only hear a melody playing with a slightly different sound. The sounds which are used in this track and especially the drop make this track a good shuffle track. Eleys has designed all sounds by himself which are used in this track.

All these aspects which are used in the track make the track a real Launch release. We are very happy to have a second release together with Eleys after a year. Keep an eye on him because this is the comeback of Eleys.

Welcome to the forty-eighth release of Launch Records. This time we got a new track by Detunne, KOSTA, and Elias Vace called ‘CAPO’.

The song starts immediately with the vocal together with the chords, baseline, and a melody. This melody is the same melody that is used in the drop. Really soon after the start, the build-up starts hereby the drum loop gets an uplifting rhythm. On top of that, the melody gets the same effect.

When the drop hits, the track is transforming into a powerful house track that will do great at festivals. In this drop, the melody gets the main attention. To give more power to the drop a hard baseline is added together with a drum loop. In this drop, the melody line remains the same. But to give more variation and atmosphere to the drop, the drop gets 2 different sounds. The drop has a really powerful and strong but clean melody, which will be stuck in your head. You hear the collaboration between these three talented producers really well.

All these aspects which are used in the track make the track a real Launch release. We are very happy to have a release together with Detunne, KOSTA, and  Elias Vace. We are proud to have a release with these producers because they already have a big name in the DJ scene.
