This is mostly improvised guitar playing with synth´s arpeggio.

Ya desde hace algunos que llevo descubriendo las cosas que me han influenciado como músico (y también como persona). Por ejemplo, los programas japoneses de mi niñez. En un momento subestimé su influencia, pero viendolos de nuevo, sentí que todo cobraba sentido. Y no es simple nostalgia. Más bien, ahora reconozco el trabajo que es crear algo como esos shows, y de todos los artistas que hay detrás. Espero que ellos sepan lo importante que ha sido su arte en la vida de tantas personas. 

Bueno, sobre este track, la verdad no sé que tengo aquí. ¿Es un remix? ¿Un mash-up? ¿Un collage sonoro? En cierta forma, me recuerda a la "Guía de orquesta para jóvenes" de Britten, aunque más juguetona. Tal vez sea eso, un juego, uno que me ha divertido mucho, debo decir. No es como lo pensé inicialmente, pero creo que así esta mejor. Esa es parte de la diversión.

The Man with the Blue Guitar is a poem published in 1937 by Wallace Stevens. It is divided into thirty-three brief sections, or cantos. In the poem, an unnamed "they" says, of the titular man, "you do not play things as they are", sparking a prolonged meditation on the nature of art, performance, and imagination.

A new song inspired by a friend's post today..... "We are living with the impact of anger and refusing to listen and truly hear each other. The culture of avoiding politics and religion for fear of conflict has atrophied our muscles for truly listening and having productive and effective dialogue with anyone.
“[Republican pollster ]Luntz: And in 2014, I got it. I got how awful our country already was with each other. And that’s because all these focus groups I was doing would degenerate into delegitimization, dehumanization. It was all the bad that we were to come to see 24 months later. First, the arms get folded. Then the head starts to nod back and forth in a rejection of what they’re hearing. NO PLACE TO FALL

Looking backward! I am starting a collection (playlist) of covers of some of my early tracks on Soundcloud, at a time when I was singing and playing a uke/guitar. I often referred to them as "me and my uke"  or "me and my guitar". I did get some very nice comments on many of these but covering the tracks on Suno has smashed the originals in my own view.
