08 Riverboat

The last song of the Boogie Bridge Pledge Drive show, recorded post-air time... The method was to quickly write a song for a person who had called in a pledge. I wrote ten of these today, in different styles and to different levels of success! What a blast!

The Roger Hicks Rag

From The Wilders "Throw Down" (2005) - this was the first (fast) fiddle tune I wrote.  I love goats... and the melodic movement of this tune is characteristic of traditional tunes with water titles... like Cripple Creek for example... 

Goat Creek

This was Dangerhand.  Me, Mark Smeltzer, David Regnier, Amy Farrand.  Our first full band performance - one of two performances.  We practiced a lot though and it was fun.  All three bandmates were totally helpful and supportive to me, as I got my feet wet in being a singer in the front of the band.  From Tickfest 2008.
