Gracefield Avenue is a song about the street in Dublin Ireland where I grew up. It holds all my memories of a wild carefree youth . I wanted to write this song to trigger a memory of a place or a time in the listeners mind, that takes them back there, wherever that is for them, and makes them nostalgic. We don’t realise as Adults , that those childhood reckless days , for most of us, are some of the best days of our lives, that we take for granted. We should always  keep a little piece of that with us through life, and Gracefield Avenue is here to remind us of that.

The ability to capture an audience with just words and a backround of silence is no easy feat. There is something quite mesmerising about this art that draws you in with nothing but a lyric moving through the air... like music but naked. Fields is a singer songwriter , with a Celtic folk/ rock sound .
Originally from Ireland , Fields has been fronting original rock/pop band Brufield for the last 5 years and playing for crowds all over the country including many Australian Festivals inc Big Day Out with big acts like Pearl Jam , Snoop Dog and Arcade Fire and more recently Blues fest with Mary J Blige . 

Bringing her stories to you through pretty acoustic guitar melodies , meaty foot stomp beats and what has been described as ‘hauntingly powerful ‘ vocals , there is something for  everyone to relate to and fall in love with.

Recently supporting Abbe May and Daniel Champagne , Fields is making waves locally in Perth , and plans to do the same nationally later this year

Fields released her debut solo single ‘The Beast’ earlier this year , followed recently by ‘Generation Soldier ‘

Having just come back from her European tour , Fields is gearing up to release her nxt single in October followed by her highly anticipated Ep later this summer .
