I had the idea for this track while walking through the deserted streets of NYC at the start of the COVID pandemic. I though of how, though I have never actually lived in NYC, it has always felt like home. I became a DJ because I fell in love with House Music at the Sound Factory. Some of my greatest memories djing and dancing are from NYC. I had the wonderful Emmaline sing this into her phone and send it to me. I recorded sound of people cheering for health care workers at 7pm out the window of the apartment I was staying in. Sitting here in NYC now- the night before the 20 year anniversary of 9/11 - it felt like the right time to share it. I hope you enjoy it. I love New York.

Covid Vol 6 Part 1 Super Extended Memorial Day Kiki

VOLUME'S #12 & #13 ARE A 2-PART SERIES THAT REMINISCE OVER MY TIME SPENT DJING IN Oz, THE LAND DOEN UNDER!

Traveling to the Southern Hemisphere was a trip of a lifetime.  In 2016, at the 38th Annual Sydney Mardi Gras Festival, I was honored to DJ the Underwear Party that took place at ARC.  It has been one of my favorite parties of my 17-year DJ career.  
It was my second time working with my favorite artist of all time, the one and only, Deborah Cox.  It was also my only time so far working with Courtney Act.  Act in 2003 appeared on the first season of Australian Idol placing 13th.  In 2014, she was the runner-up on season 6 of RuPaul's Drag Race.  
The Underwear Party marked my second time ever to DJ in a harness and a jock strap.  The lighting and sound system was out of this world.  The décor was top notch.    The LGBTQ community of Oz were so accommodating, outgoing and charismatic.  They know how to throw a party that is for sure.  I could not wait to make my return.  That return came two years later in 2018 and thus we have volume #15 (part II).  I plan on returning again after this COVID-19 pandemic gets under control.
