I heard Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan singing this song with his qawwali party. I found it very moving and when I found out about the meaning of this qawwali it became a sure favourite of mine. 

I recorded this with Marc Clayton in Brighton who produced the track and plays tabla, bass and daff on it.
