After a string of acclaimed releases on Token and a selection of remixes, Ø [Phase] released his debut album 'Frames Of Reference' on Token last fall. On the A-side Rødhåd delivers an epic 10 minute interpretation of the first single ‘Perplexed’, while Robert Hood delivers a second, more minimalistic take on “Dirtro II” for the flip.

The duo make their debut to Drumcode Limited with a heavy, two track release. The EP showcases a mix of their talents and influences to create a moody, dark techno groove. The atmospheric EP is enriched with gritty reverbs and a deep kick drum and the slow, deep crescendos in each track create an intense sound. The Dystopian boss has had one of his biggest years to date, with countless gigs around the world, usually resulting in pandemonium wherever he goes. His eerie, bell-jangling remix packs a serious amount of dread and angst until it drops into something far more demonic and danceable.

It's aimed purely at the floor and despite the fact the dread is swapped for serenity in the second half, it's one of Rødhåd's most accomplished remixes to date. This will be big.
