Muzikos garsų kelionėje veikia keturi gamtos elementai: oras, vanduo, ugnis ir žemė. Muzikos garsų laukas kuriamas, naudojant senovinius muzikos instrumentus, surinktus iš keturių žemynų: Amerikos indėnų šamanišką būgną, indėnų fleitą, švilpynę, barškučius, Tibeto dainuojančius dubenis, australišką didžeridu, Rytų šalių varpus bei kitus muzikos instrumentus, kurie turi unikalias vibracijas. Muzikos instrumentus papildo gerklinis, dar vadinamas obertoniniu arba sielos, dainavimas.

Muzikos garsų terapiją ir meditaciją veda Vinetu genties dvasiniai vedliai – Jurgita (Mėlynoji Gyvatė), Mindaugas (Vinetu), Deividas (Bėgantis Jautis). Nuo 2006 metų „Vinetu kaime“ puoselėjamos Šiaurės Amerikos indėnų tradicijos, įkurtas gyvosios indėnų istorijos muziejus po atviru dangumi. Rengiami ritualai, į kuriuos atvyksta svečių iš įvairių pasaulio šalių: Amerikos indėnų čiabuviai, Sibiro tautų žiniuoniai ir kt.
