Neo Funk  Underground Vibez Vol 2 1991 ProWav

On hearing Top Buzz's Fantazia nye 91 dj set early in jan 92 i was completely hooked on this exciting and uptempo ardcore music that was sweeping the nation's youth at the time.
In fact this tape alone got me into dj- ing and i got my 1st dex's technic's with thumbwheel pitch control and a crap mixer which i had set up  on my bed due to the lack of space in my bedroom . I learnt the basic's of mixing  with this set up until i could afford some belt driven soundlabs . By 93 i was making dodgy mixtapes with my mate in his bedroom who had a larger room . I was still buying more records when i could afford them if i had any money left after partying . I met some like mended friends late 95 who were  into jungle /D n B and we decided to put our own nights on wherever we were allowed@ Hell's angels club,  a social club , bars etc which introduced me to playing out live instead of just your mates listening. By the end of the 90's and early 2000 i had been lucky enough DJ on the same night as  Simon bassline smith,  Phantasy, Digital ,Glen aston ,Nexus ,Fallout , I  seriously started buying old skool from 2000 onwards to bulk out collection which ranges fromm acid house right through to D n B .I Have played on many internet radio staions which include DnB Midlands.com Renegade Radio and BPM . Im currently Dj ing / Admin for OLDSKOOLCOMMUNITY on FACEBOOK With our premiere night happening in december 8th 2012 with the mighty MASTERSAFE (FORMATION RECORDS) and local hero GLEN ASTON ( THE SOURCE ) . I have also played twice this year for stokes premier oldskool / house  night UNITY.All of my other DJ mixes are available to D/L or stream from Mixcrates            http://www.mixcrate.com/filtertip1 . After the sucess of OSC's first night in december 2012 will are hoping to put on another night early 2013 same formula as b4 2 Headline dj's famous within the rave scene myself and CYBERGROOVE residents and the pick of local up and coming dj's , so watch this space for more details . First gig of 2013 i will be heading back to loughborough once with cybergroove  for BACK TO THE OLDSKOOL @ Onynx bar 23/02/13 with support from fantazia dj's and the mighty Mc Man Paris..Next Gig is our very own OLDSKOOLCOMMUNITY bash @ Canvas with Dj Fallout & The Fat Controller headlining ! My self and others supporting with a CONTRAST of musical styles JUNE 29th
