PREMIERE of ''See The Light'' (Hodge Remix) by Nouveau Monica, taken from Concealed Club Manifesto, available June 13th via Dionysian Mysteries.

''The Concealed Club Manifesto project pays homage to the mid 2000s underground UK club music scene, an era of music which acts as well of inspiration and creativity for the Nouveau Monica, and has no doubt helped shaped his sound. For the French producer, the UK club scene holds a special allure and mystique, especially since he observed this phenomenon from afar, and was idealized as one of the most “pivotal” moments in underground club culture, making it seem intangible, hence concealed. Nouveau Monica’s sound palette is deeply rooted in the UK scene, which he combines with his own personal musical background. This mid 2000s UK club sound is what the producer defines as his “Golden Era” and the genres created during that time are the building blocks of the Concealed Club Manifesto EP.

The last iteration of “See The Light”comes from none other than Hodge himself. A club tailored cut with a heavy groove, pattered with percussive elements, followed by sun drenched melody and sweltering pads that unleash into a a bellowing bass track, perfectly suited for peak sunset hours at a day rave an unforgiving Soundsystem.''

TEETHY has a brand new release landing next week and jammed full of killer dancefloor heaters. Talented electronic musician, producer, and remix artist Niklas Wiik, professionally known as Reginald, drops 4  amazing tracks on his release titled NEVER ENDING VIBE. 

In 2022, Reginald released his career-changing debut album ‘Why Can’t We All Be Friends’, which featured collaborations with a global range of artists including Wongo, Steve Darko, Danny Goliger and GetCosy, to name but a few.

 

Reginald’s versatility and range as an artist is evident in his diverse body of work, which covers various styles including heavy pounding techno, bass-driven tech house, breaks, garage, and electro. He describes his sound as “addictively groovy, seriously not so serious with beautiful moments of relief and respectfully energetic.” He draws inspiration from the UK’s garage scene, Chicago club style, Detroit electro, Berlin techno, and old school breaks, as he believes that “sound is limitless, so why should anyone keep it simple?”

It's DJ Bobby from Vermillion, South Dakota. I help run the Facebook group Our Houz, DJ and produce (sometimes). This is my first mix in quite a while, so I'm very excited and grateful to step up for Filth Inc. I've been spending a lot of this year re-tooling during the pandemic, and focusing on the sounds that define Our Houz for me. My selection style tends to meander around lofi house, dub techno, acid, breaks, electro and ambient. I tried to create different moods in this mix, and release some of that energy I miss from the club.
