On remix duties one of 'Amsterdam's finest' and friend of the label: Olivier Weiter. It's unfortunate that the Dutch are not part of the World Cup, otherwise this story would have been perfect. If you’ve caught a set from Adam Beyer recently, chances are you remember this track causing mayhem. ‘Your Mind’ is a banging new collaboration with Dutch talent Bart Skils, and it absolutely caught the attention of his Timewarp, Awakenings and Ultra set audiences with its haunting chorus chant. 

'Your Mind' is released via Drumcode on June 18.

'Why Are We Here?' is a driving peak time track with an infectious vocal sample and a Laurent Garnier inspired synth line. 'XS' is slightly more serious and has a darker vibe. If you follow LAMP then you know we are big fans of the amazing label run by Christian Smith, Tronic Records. Today we are very excited to share their new release from a UK producer we have had our eye on for some time Ronnie Spiteri. His EP titled Rough Rider contains two new originals "Can You Feel It" and "Rough Rider". Additionally another amazing producer Dosem put his touch on "Can You Feel It" which we are stoked to have the chance to share with everyone here.

Ronnies original version feels like a perfect marriage between House and Techno (NOT TECH HOUSE!!!) combining classic elements that make them both so great. You have big booming kicks and stabbing synths and a great but simple vocal line that cuts through the track. Dosem who is a genius producer as well gives his own spin on the track and as you would expect he takes a much more progressive approach. Early on we are greeted with deep saw synth that chugs away while modulating ever so slightly mimicking the stabbing synth from the original. A myriad of pads and atmospheric elements build along with the track and we are treated to an epic build that culminates with a spectacular explosion of sound that will surely get the heart pumping and many a dancefloor into a frenzy.

LAMP Premiere: Ronnie Spiteri - Can You Feel It (Dosem Remix) [Tronic]

Four years after his standout Truesoul debut, Cristoph returns with a trio of peak-time weapons. 

Cristoph’s last contribution to Truesoul, ‘Genesis’ / ‘Exodus’, was a masterstroke of deft dancefloor dynamics, imbued with the right balance of polished low-end groove, licks of melody and pin-sharp drums that epitomised his high production standards. To many, both tracks stand as highlights in the imprint’s canon of releases. As such Adam Beyer remained in regular contact with the impressive UK artist, with a follow-up release in mind.

‘Consequence of Society Vol. X’ is his latest contribution and maintains the high bar set. ‘Sleepless Nights’ is driven by an emotive bassline melody and stirring orchestral break and is made for peak-time moments. A fact confirmed by Eric Prydz when he dropped it at Coachella last year during a rousing performance as Cirez D. ‘Starcourt’ is plucky and propulsive, its deep grooves injected with bags of energy thanks to a persistent synth riff that runs throughout. Like its 
predecessor, ‘Hawkins’ reinforces Cristoph’s love of Netflix’s ‘Stranger Things’ and navigates the EP home with uplifting arpeggios and crisp production techniques.
