ABLE SISTERS

This is the final product of my MT2 coursework. 

This was done using a Max MSP patch designed keyboard based on the Sonochromatic Scale, a keyboard that deaf people could play and in essence learn Synaesthesia. Only one digital synth was used in the process of making this (Reaktor), convoluted using destructive methods similar to those that Boards of Canada use, in addition to being a musical palindrome (the song is the same backwards as it is forwards) 

This uses a Kurzweil PC3K6, Moog Little Phatty, Kontakt, and EXS24 containing drum loops previously created using percussion samples from multiple songs such as "Da Funk" by Daft Punk, "Genesis" by Justice, and audio from the Audio Pool. 

Vocal samples range from old TV series to Public Information Films, as in the style of Boards of Canada.

Track I made for my (now Ex) gf's birthday, I hope to keep working on this track as there is so much more I could've done with it, Edit: this track will never be touched and the only reason it will stay up is because it isn't bad. Not a fan of the ol' ex anymore.

So I'm starting to consider this track finished and I'm not sure if i'll go back to edit it. This track is called finally as I hadn't had much inspiration in the last 5 or so months to create more stuff. I hope that has changed now.

Quickly updated this track, It's now longer, has a more interesting sub, and is generally a bit better balanced. I like this track. It's chill.

Also might work as a hip hop instrumental, so if you have any lyrics and can rap pls send it my way <3

SO I think this track is finished... For now. Will probably come back to it at some point to fiddle, will re-upload if It gets any better! :)

4am Bass

Trying to improve, will upload here just because it's easier to keep track of. I don't do any specific genres and mostly make shit when i'm bored. I'm also aware /most/ of the mixing on everything I've done is awful.
