Inspired by Caught Up, Cold is next in line for a Spotify Release. I suppose the concept is about the coldness of society, and addresses the injustice of the lives we live here. Something along those lines. Truth be told this draft was out months ago and I just haven't had much time to work on it :> Currently on Draft 4; Many many things to change still. Prolly a May release!!

I don't have the time for the turmoil you can cause. Here's the 30 minutes of emotional destruction I can afford you. Bye. Find me again when you stop pretending to care - I'll always be here.

Duality Draft 1

This one is a story that meant to have lyrics - but in the interest of time, I cut them back and had to produce it without. If you can hear it I'd love to tell the tale - 

The story tells of a young magician and his assistant starting out their careers in a small town, playing their first gig at a big location. Fanciful cardistry, tricks of a flashy nature, balloon scultures and all - they're here. Fun for the family and more, even. 

The magician then decides to pull off a trick for the second act, a large one that he had not even informed his assistant of ahead of time - down came a large water tank. He placed her within it, and thankfully with the level of trust they had, she complied without hesitation. 

They counted to 15 - and before long, she had made her grand escape, appearing behind the audience to continue their trickery to the end of the show. 

It was the end of the show - but the pair had disappeared without a trace. Where had they gone? When would they return? Nobody knows, but one thing is for certain; they'll be back.

FiXaTiOn

If it isn't obvious where I got my inspiration for this track, it rhymes with BERSONA. Anyway, I love this piece because of the fusion of jazz and electronic I went for - I unshackled myself from the negative emotions I felt and made a suspenseful piece with the tools I had available to me. 

I love the grooviness of this, and I really hope you do as well.

FiNeSse

A love song for my newfound love for CM - I used her as my bright beacon and envisioned this song real quick, brightened it up with some of my most favorite acoustic and orchestral elements before giving it the FiNeSiTe polish. I hope she likes it!

FiVeFoLd

As the second and only other track with lyrics, I can say that FiNdInG is the  very first track made out of all the others here - in fact, it was made while I was in my final Uni days. It was originally titled "Cold", because I couldn't understand the coldheartedness of how the people in my society behave at times. 

All that aside, it took a backseat in my unpublished libraries for a really long period of time, because I had no developments on it until (surprise surprise), the unfeeling people at my workplace got me riled in a bad way. I got to finishing this track very quickly, and published it as soon as I could. 

Drawing inspiration from artists with very personal styles like Unlike Pluto, I put more personal touches into this track that may make it seem less professional than others, but I'll learn to make them better over time.

FiNdInG

Firstly is a track I came up with during my first job; Unlike most of my peers, I had a really rigid office role that prevented me from freely moving about nor having time for any sorts of creative work. I was really efficient at it, but I was extremely stiffled and mad at the world, despite making a decent income. None of the superiors acknowledged my efforts, and neither did they care for me on a personal level. 

I was livid. I had so little time to myself to vent that I wrote this song over a span of 3 months, adding a little day by day to the point that I had a breaking point crying to myself in the middle of a work day. It was then I knew that I needed to leave the place, and this song will forever be a reminder to myself to never compromise on my own wellbeing just for a day job that doesn't appreciate what I had to offer. 

I believe this one was very different from stuff I usually make thanks to the angst I felt over the year. If you've felt that suppression at your workplace - I think you might like this one. Remember with me why we shouldn't forego our priorities.
