Following on from a very successful remix for the label in 2024, Dilby delivers his second EP of deep hypnotic house grooves on Sublease. 

Dilby's Without You EP features three fresh cuts, all infused with his signature dance floor flavour. 

The title track is a bouncy slab of house goodness, balancing driving stabs with atmospheric pads. 

Stay True is in a similar vein, tough drums and spacy washes with some classic house groove and dubby percussive synths. 

The final track, Elevate, keeps the vibe alight with more of the New Zealander’s trademark deep and slinky house and  including a massive breakdown.

Deeplomatik is the deep house-focussed alias of Warsaw based DJ and producer Seb Skalski. 

Seb has been known on the house circuit under numerous aliases for the past 20 years with releases on the likes of Nervous NYC, Salted Music, King Street and many more. 

Here on Sublease, he fully inhabits his Deeplomatik persona, with two cuts of premium deep house. 

In The Night is a vibey burner, mixing chord stabs with tight drum programming and thick, funky low end basslines. 

Dreams brings a more urgent energy with similar elements, but adds some dubby vocal elements and a tougher groove.

The ever prolific Mihai Popoviciu pops up on Sublease with three tracks of assured house music. 

The Romanian DJ and producer has built a powerful reputation for quality electronic music that spans techno to tech and deeper sounding house. Here he dives into his more grooving side with three tracks that set a distinct mood. 

What I Need brings a strong vocal together with drifty synths and tight drums to make an atmospheric, rolling cut. 

Come Out edges up the intensity slightly with firing percussion and a slinky bassline. 

Temptation sets the sights firmly on the dancefloor with a driving groove, bubbling bassline and dreamy, deep chord stabs.

Lost Desire

FINNEST presents Rosa Blanca' the new work by the Portuguese Mario Franca that includes two cuts worthy of the deep house magician in his country. On side A we have the main cut, 'Rosa Blanca', it could be said that we are talking about a very sweet track where we highlight the pads and the beautiful melodies dancing on a subtle bass line, a beauty. On side B we find 'Pool Party' more serious and forceful, with a more industrial and brusque sound, the stabs give the flavor and the background make you immerse yourself in an underground trip, to finish the bass line despite being hidden, this well present, fantastic. Congratulations on this maxi Mario, welcome to FINNEST.
