Born in Cardiff, Fiona was awarded a scholarship to study piano/theory at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama at the age of 14. She gained her LTCL performer's dipoloma at the age of 17 before setting off to study at London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She became a professional singer/pianist/songwriter/composer soon after. In 2011, Fiona began composing classical music for the piano and three tracks from A Country Suite were voted into the Classic FM Hall of Fame Top 300 chart in 2015, The Landscape went in at No. 154. Fiona released The New Lady Radnor Suite in July 2015. She specialises in writing accessible, melodic music. 'This Year' - a Christmas Love Song written in 1997, was re released in 2015 as a tribute to her husband, John Heritage.
