This is a  really fun song that originated with Ominous Beats, who provided  the cool beats, some synth, and some guitar. He then sent it to Tez (Llanpsych), who added more guitar. Tez then sent it to me. I added the bass and a little synth, too. I'm very impressed with and grateful to Ominous Beats for sharing this very cool song with us. Tez knows exactly how to mix it, too. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did putting it together.

This is the 7th song posted from the album I have been working on using demo tracks given to me by Wou-Wou & the Wormling during the start of the pandemic! I can't believe how fast time has passed and how long we have been working on this project. 4 songs from the album are based on a graphic novel that Wou-Wou had started before the pandemic began. The rest of the songs are reflections of the weird times we were living in.

Big thanks to Wou Wou, Bit-zone, and Stricknice for still being here after all these years. I have known and worked with people on SoundCloud probably longer than I have known high school friends, college friends, and friends from various jobs. Huge thanks to Guitar Wizards of the Future. I remember when I first began participating in the SoundCloud community, I would always eagerly anticipate a new GWOTF track, especially because I grew up in Oakland California. 3rd recording of this song which an African American producer contracted off Broadjam for a year but nothing was delivered. In the last few years I changed the structure of it to suit playing live - with the 2 chords in the chorus on repeat we can drag the ending out in an extended jam - easy money! So this is that version recorded as a studio track this week

Short songster song about loneliness in the city I wrote 20 years ago.

Now I've given a jazzy feel in 6/4 to the unique strophe which has only chords E & Em, transitioning to 4/4 rhythm towards the unique 'refrain' line, with up to 3 different chords!

All but drums are 'organic' tracks: bass, pocket sax, guitars and voice.
