This is a worship song that was written a few years ago. It is based on the Bible verse, Matthew 18:20.

Where Two Or Three Are Gathered (1)

This song came to me when I was going through a very dark time in my life. There were some hard changes coming; depression and despair were beginning to overshadow the joys of everyday life. All I could think about was holding fiercely to Jesus, and Him holding on to me. My battle cry to get through the day was, "I am held".

Held

This is a song I wrote when I was going through a really tough time. All I could think about was holding fiercely onto Jesus, and Him holding me in His hands. He always holds us in His hands,  whatever you may be going through. He is there for you.

I wrote this song for a friend whose daughter was graduating. I have always liked this passage of Scripture. It is a good reminder of the Great Commission.
