First+Last are two kids from the California, who met through geek culture and shared a love of hip hop. 
GSC - San Diego/Los Angeles-native of Philippino decent - and Makani - Hawaii/San Francisco-native of Okinawan decent - combined their love for hip hop music and channeled it into each and every track as a medium for their own thoughts, fears, insight, interests, and insecurities.

Their name (First+Last) derives from their motto that: We will treat every track and verse like our first and our last.
