Today we premiere Apexape's brand new cut and we can safely say that their collaboration with house hotshot Chris Lorenzo, 'Got To Give', goes in like a speeding truck. 

It's being played at the moment by the likes of Skream, Monki and DJ EZ and with thick basslines, some damn funky drums and rolling drops it's not hard to see why. 

'Got To Give' is out on July 14 via MistaJam's Speakerbox

About 9 years ago, when Luxas and I enrolled into SAE Institute, he made this song and it was my favorite song for the longest time. I used to study to it for pretty much all of the exams I took and I also pondered about life and the universe a lot while listening to it, so it just became one of those tracks that means something special. Soon after, Luxas lost the song session and for some ridiculous reason I also lost the mp3 at the same time, and for so many years we thought the track is completely lost and we’ll never hear it again, which really sucked balls, more for me than for him. Being his tune, he obviously wasn’t into it as much as I was. :) But, recently we’ve launched another search for it and as luck would have it, one of our friends found the mp3 on his computer! So almost 10 years later(and after pretty much begging Luxas for weeks to let me release it), we are releasing the song on Lowtemp for the whole internets to enjoy and to complete one more circle in our lives. :) Hopefully, it will help you study and figure shit out about the universe like it did for me! ;)

The 'Teach Me' EP by The Two Mamarrachos features the vocal talents of Snem K and comes packed with a super-strong set of remixes. Damon Jee, Rodion and Reverso 68 have all turned in edits but it's the Factory Floor remix that caught our eye.

Their remix is an analogue-lover's dream, one that showcases thick, chunky riffs and that builds from the off. It's weird and wonderful and exactly the sort of high production values we'd expect from Factory Floor.

Kim Ann Foxman follows up her critically acclaimed debut with the second instalment on her own imprint Firehouse Recordings three a punchy, New York inspired original cuts and two killer from fellow New Yorker, Eli Escobar. The track's analogue bassline kicks through while the smooth synths and ghostly vocals swoon atop the line that lets us know whose house it is "this is my house, this is your house!". Dropping 9th March, press play on the exclusive i-D premiere of Open The House.
