First Quarter Vibrations first started as a collective of six female artists in Toronto, trying to create a support system for creative expression. Though we were from diverse cultural backgrounds, and varying art forms, we found ourselves facing similar challenges and experiences. Our discussions helped us realize we could help each other to overcome our challenges and open up dialogue about society, culture, spirituality, wellness and the journey of life. This podcast was created in order to extend these discussions to other artists and creative individuals going through similar situations. We encourage new perspectives and welcome you to our community.
