I talk about the democracy of noise which is really a game of tolerance we play with others who might not appreciate our noise. I also do a little bit about my experiences as a coach and audio professional. It was fun to just let it out and move with the flow of recording. A few of my own bad habits became obvious. I learnt from doing this recording myself.
