Inspiration has been scarce lately and with that I didnt really feel like writing music. Thankfully Valheim came along and the digital adventures with my friends inspired me to write this new track.

Towards New Shores, My Friends

Spring is comming and this inspired me to write another track. More and more often I try to mix in real recordings. This time three woodwinds instruments take center stage: An alto recorder, a tenor recorder and my trusty clarinet. All played and recorded by myself.

This is the finishing Song for this chapter of the game. It is played during the outro and was actually the first song I made specific for the game. Not that often that I have my own singing on a soundtrack.

Inspired by the Chase sequences through the canals of Venice this is a fast pace track, driven by an Irish Bouzouki and a Harpsichord. This is not just samples, but I recorded a few woodwinds (like the clarinets) in my studio for this.
